STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL GET BURNED!! Promise one- we will start in two weeks after we get the permit. Reality- Called Webster Groves at the two week mark and the permits were never applied for Promise two- we will get the permits and apologize for our sales guy dropping the ball. Reality- took another few weeks and so on. These guys put in a driveway that began cracking a month after install and had the nerve to say "that's settling and we cannot account for that"- NO, that's a crappy base layer. Oh- and they never finished the job- were contracted to do a mason border (never got done and we had to get rescued by Dan Head (Luna Builds Rocks), and they never finished the drain they put in (had to get rescued by our landscape company), and never sealed the driveway (still need to do that) BUT, like an idiot, I paid them all but $500 so they walked. No response from owner or his fast talking Dad (Mike). This is bad business- period. I am only one of many that have had this poor of an issue from a once fairly good company. OH- and they advertise they are part of BBB (better business bureau), NOPE- actually booted out by BBB, So false advertising.

If I could give them less than one star, I would.

SEPT 7, 2016    They demanded payment the day they did the pour, even though it was not satisfactory - agreeing to come back and fix it and clean up the giant mess. (slop all around a visible area on the front driveway, concrete spills on the old driveway and in the yard, waste concrete poured down the gutter and on the granite curb) The patio pour has a low (puddle forming) spot that is right at the back door. My 3 dogs go in and out that door all day long. You can imagine my reaction every time I have to clean the floor from the puddle. It's been over 3 months.  There were over 6 promises to come fix and all were no-shows. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

They will tell you everything you want to hear, over and over, but zero action to fix what's wrong. Don't fall for it like I did for over 3 months. No way to pour now because the weather is too cold, and my front yard looks like a rookie was here.

Had a house fire december 2013. Had massive reconstruction inside the home. Late Summer, 2014 Hired Derek from St. Louis Driveway to replace front porch and side pool patio and steps. In replacing the front porch, they damaged part of the concrete walkway between our driveway and the front porch. They had agreed to fix the broken path back in Fall of 2014. To this day, the path has not been repaired. Initially had tried to contact for months with no return call. Then finally reached their receptionist who took our information. Still no call. Called back, and the estimator, Mick called us. Said he would add us to the schedule within 14 days. no call, no work done. Called back, talked to Mick, he said I would need to talk to the owner, Derek and would give him my info. Never have heard from Derek. The house was fully documented with photographs, etc to show sidewalk had no prior damage.

Concrete installation went well. We are pleased with the final product.  We are not pleased with the professionalism of the owner, Derrick.  We received our invoice the day after the project was completed.  The invoice due date stated that our bill was due 3 weeks later.  Derrick called the next morning requesting payment at 745.  Derrick and his contract manager, Mick, called my wife multiple times that day requesting payment.  Derrick came to our house the next morning to fix our fence, which he had failed to reinstall correctly.  My wife explained we would look at the invoice over the weekend and he would be paid according to the invoice terms.  Derrick called us at 5 pm that same day asking if he could come over to collect.  We are extremely dissatisfied with the way Derrick handled his payment terms.  Be warned with this service provider that the due date on the invoice carries no weight.  We like our patio but are unlikely to want to deal with Derrick again.  There are many people capable of pouring concrete in the St. Louis area, we will not be referring Derrick because of the way he treated us.  Derrick will probably reference his signed proposal that stated payment due upon completion as a response to this negative review. What he will not be able to explain is why he put a due date on the invoice for 3 weeks later than he wanted to be paid (immediately).

I am satisfied with the service overall.   The workers were good.  They worked very fast and efficiently.  They were very prompt.  They cleaned up the area before they left very well.  I would tell a friend to use them.  The driveway is cracking in a spot where it should not be cracking.

Excellent job.  Derrick had good suggestions which we incorporated into our plans.  They even installed a drain to avoid water pooling.  Everything was laid out in the contract so we knew the type of construction materials they would use.  They were great to work with and cared about the finished product.  We would definitely use them again!

I received many compliments about the driveway.  
The owner has contacted me recently and came by to see if we are satisfied with the job and to see if any adjustments need to be made.
They restored the yard perfectly.
