SNS Cleaning

I have never been more dissatisfied by a contractor's work. One of the workers spent his entire time there on his cell phone which would explain why most things were either inadequately cleaned or not cleaned at all. I had to go through afterward and clean inside every cabinet as these hadn't been touched, nor had any place which wasn't clearly visible from the doorway (behind the tub for example). After they left we noticed mysterious scratches in the hardwood floor which we think were made by the rolling vacuum cleaner and there are two kitchen cabinet doors which were scrubbed so hard the paint was removed and will have to be replaced. The second day they were supposed to come back they were 4 hours late and gave no apology. Our general contractor tried to tell our issues to the owner of the company and the owner was reportedly dismissive, inflexible, and rude. I consider my interaction with this company a complete waste of time and money and would discourage anyone else from making the same mistake and steer clear of this disaster of a company.
