There is no way you could find a plumbing contractor that stands behind their work to the level Matt and Python Plumbing does. We had a new shower put in a few months ago. Instantly we heard a loud thumping noise in the wall and floor when the hot water was running. We talked to the owner, Matt, and described exactly the work that was done. He explained that based on what they did there was no way it could be the cause of the noise. Most contractors would have stopped at that or at best came out to prove it was an unrelated problem. Matt did not. He said he would make sure we were complety satisfied with the work. Matt came out and was able to fiind the problem which was the sub floor had sunk a bit around where a pipe was. It did in fact seem to be unrelated to the work they performed, perhaps a coincidence or because of the heavy traffic and weight from tools/equipment and the tile brought in to construct the new shower. As he promised we were left satisfied. Essentially he went out of his way to fix a problem he did not have to. We did not price out a lot of contractors so I can not speak to the cost compared to others, but I doubt you could find someone that stands behind their work to this degree. That to me alone would be worth choosing Python over other plumbers. Plus it is a new business and he is trying to get established in the area. I would highly recommend.

He came the same day I called him, found and fixed a leak inside the wall behind the washing machine, and even cleaned up the grime behind the machine when he was done. And though it wasn't what I'd called him about, he replaced the valve on our leaking ice maker line as well. He was very courteous, very professional, and explained everything he was doing, and he gave me tips on how to keep my pipes from freezing in the future. Will definitely call Python again when I need a plumber.
