I have used them and let them go because they don't call me. The first time was poor because of the application. I felt like I had to be there to watch them and then I wouldn't know they were coming.

I have used them several times. The results are really good. When the customer service guy came out to apply the product, I would tell them to watch the guy. I have had poor service men in the past, than I have this time. I have a pretty good service guy now, so I trust him, but I had a few guys that are in a hurry and did a lot of hit and miss stuff in the past. This year it has been much much better. It probably takes a half hour or less to complete the work. My problem with these folks are they don't call me before they come. They will call me, but if I don't receive the call, I may not be here and that is aggravating. I'm not going to complain about years past.
