not well - this company is impossible to communicate with - you can't get them on the phone and they do not respond to voice mails. It can take weeks to get to talk to them when you need something - after about 9 months - they claim to have killed one mole - but it took them so long to get her it had rotted so they couldn't remove it to prove they got one - they just billed me for it. It has now been more than a month that I have tried to contact them - so I finally removed the traps and told them to pick them up - that was 2 weeks ago - no response. I think the moles have moved on to other areas - but it doesn't appear to have much to do with the service Pro Pest provided

We are notified the evening before they arrive. Their technician asks if there are any known issues and then sprays and leaves the bill on the front door. Easy to work with and no high pressure. Good company.

I called 3times. They said they will call me back to schedule. I didn't get any return call for 3months. We have some bugs around my house. I had to cancel the contract.

They arrived during the time they said they would. Were very professional and wore blue boots into my home. They covered all of my rooms inside the house. My basement and garage. They did the outside of my house and covered areas with extra spray where needed. They explained what they would be doing and how often they come back to spray again to keep pests away.

We have a very large house next to a large lake. I also have , there is no way to say it without making myself sound like a hoarder, too much stuff- especially in the lower hidden areas of the house. Everywhere I asked him to spay he did, even when stufvwas stacked six feet high and three feet deep. He never made me feel embarrassed about the mess. So, it went really well!

Well, we ended up finding out we had a brown recluse infestation. Not awesome. After being bitten (in my bed) numerous times I was angry and wanted the problem fixed immediately. I appreciated their continued attempts but, what they were doing wasn’t working. Eventually they heard my serious frustration and need for action by switching up their approach. This new approach was done to numerous parts of the inside and outside of our home multiple times. We’ve yet to see a single bug, let alone Brown Recluse, since. We are so thankful the problem was, eventually, cleared up.

The service was wonderful but the initial booking of the appointment was not good customer service but the technician that came out to do the work did a great job. He was very friendly.
