We are so grateful for the honesty and integrity that Fee Fee/Olive auto repair displayed during out recent emergency. They didn't try to sell us unnecessary repairs and handled the towing for us with speed and efficiency. We would highly recommend them for any necessary auto needs

Services performed ok, however, the front driver's seat was covered in black grease. One of the technicians tried cleaning the seat and told me to come back in a day or two if necessary. I asked if they used protective seat covers and he said it may have folded down. How stupid do they think I am? I ended up taking my car to have the upholstery cleaned ... an additional $160 out of my pocket just because someone was irresponsible and inconsiderate of my vehicle. I will NEVER go back!

Check engine light came on and Infinity began making a noise. With no appointment went to Olive and Fee Fee which we had used before for both the Subaru and the Infinity. They looked at the car, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and repaired the car the same day. The price I believe was very fair given the work that needed to be done.
Previously we had purchased new tires for two cars from them and received the best price which was a pleasant surprise.
We will continue to use Olive Fee Fee Auto Repair for all of our automotive repair needs.

My daughter's car was stuck in a ditch during that really cold, 12and quot; of snow time in February 2014. Started calling around...AAA said 'call back tomorrow', and other towing services had 2-3 hour wait-times. These guys sent a truck right away and got her out. So grateful for them. The guy I talked to was polite and professional and really seemed to care that my daughter was in this situation. I was very impressed.

I have used them many time in the past and have been very happy with the service. Mechanics have been there for years but I always ask for Dave

They've been servicing us for about 16 years. They do all three of our vehicles: a BMW, a Grand Caravan, and a Jeep Cherokee. They do as good of a job as a BMW dealership and charge less of the car. They have a very friendly atmosphere. They do both appointments and walk-ins and when they say it's going to be ready, it's going to be ready.

.The mechanic explained in detail what caused the Check-Engine light and did not pressure me to replace it. He offered to drive the car home after the replacement in order to burn off the "new catalytic converter" stink. During his driving the car, he noticed that the suspension was making noise and determined the problem with the strut bushing. The mechanic's communication with me was excellent. The hydrocarbon smell - he guessed - was from accumulated leaves behind a heat shield in the engine compartment. Unfortunately, that smell is not gone.

I personally don't love it there. I don't think they are very nice. My husband likes the place, but I don't really like it there.

Butch and the staff of professional mechanics and technicians at Olive Fee Fee Auto Care give my 1974 Ford F100 TLC. They are a breath of fresh air. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" "If it is broke, tell the customer what's what and provide the professional services required." Skilled technicians/professionals/mechanics. Honest. Responsive. Friendly. Competitive prices.

I was driving home from the airport and my transmission started to go out. It would suddenly act as if it were in neutral. I would have to pull over, turn off the ignition, restart the car, and then it would go for about a mile before doing the same thing. I was near an exit and was able to get off the highway and onto Olive Blvd. It was about 3 pm on Friday, so traffic was bad. I didn't think I would make it all the way home without causing an accident, so I pulled over into the next driveway I saw and it just happened to be Olive Fee-Fee Auto Care. I asked them how much it would be to tow my car down to Fenton. Their fee was $50 for hookup and $5/towed mile. From what I've heard before, this seems somewhat standard. They were able to tow my car immediately. The guy at the counter had the personality of a rock, but the guy who towed my car was professional and personable. Overall a good experience. I would use them again.

Took my 1998 minivan in because it had developed a bad rattle in the rear. I had already taken it to a national tire and repair facility and was told the shocks and struts were bad, but not dangerous and rattling comes with age. Dave, at Olive Fee Fee, talked to me when I dropped the car off then called me the next day. He drove my car 3 times. He tightened the spare tire, jack and took off a heat shield. The main source of rattle was bad rear shocks. They were replaced for $50/ea plus labor. Dave called when done and again explained everything that was done. Dave has been at this service center for years (20+). He loves working on old cars and knows them well and can be TRUSTED. At Olive Fee Fee, you talk to the mechanic that works on your car, not a receptionist. The mechanic calls you when done and you can speak to him again when you pick up your car.

They are good and very professional. I like them. I have had no problems with them. I don’t think they have a system where they give appointments. They always call me back when they have to. They are reasonably priced. I have had other people in my family use them, and they have never had any problems either.

They fix what needs to be fixed and they don’t try to overdo anything. They don’t try to oversell a bunch of other stuff. They replaced an ignition switch on one of my cars. They are ASE certified mechanics. I don’t go to them because they are expensive or cheap, but I go to them since they do a good job. They do check things out and inform you if something needs to be done. Their prices are good. They may not be the best when it comes to their price, but they have a good reputation. Their competence level is good and worth for the amount that you pay them. They are very good when it comes to their responsiveness. They normally get the work done on time and a lot of it depends on how busy they are.

They were pretty responsive. They were honest about what they were doing. They weren't trying to fix things that don't need to be fixed. They show me everything that they are going to do and they don't do anything else. A lot of other mechanics will try to fix things that don't need to be fixed.

Work was done completely to my satisfaction. This firm consistently does excellent auto service and repair work. They have done major tune-ups, electrical diagnosis/repair, brake work, and replacement of failed alternators, batteries, rack and pinion systems etc. for me over the last five years. They do the complete line of auto repairs and they do it on both foreign and domestic vehicles. I also like that they are very careful not to damage cars cosmetically and they consistently get the repairs done right the first time without return visits.
