We bought a house and needed a radon removal system. Mark was the best price and did a fantastic job. He worked around some of the constraints in our house and did a fantastic job. Mark and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Everything went great! Right from our first contact, Mark was very helpful and listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly. We received out quote quickly. The day they came out to install the equipment to mitigate the radon, they arrived on time and they were here the length of time they had told us they would be here. They set up another radon test before they left and came back several days later to pick it up. The radon was mitigated perfectly! We are very happy with Mark and his company, Metro Radon Control of St. Louis. Hire them with confidence!!

It went very well. Mark showed up on time and with the correct supplies. I asked for 4 inch pipe and a more powerful model fan. I also wanted them to that the larger, heavier pipe up 28 feet and around the roof line. Make and his co-worker were middle-aged. Not hired kids. They took their job seriously and did the best job possible. I called another company first. and was told 10 feet up was code and that's all they were going to do and then make a right turn on the pipe. That's fine, I guess, until you need to power wash your house. They also said "No" to 4 inch pipe and "No" to a better fan. I'm so glad I passed on those guys. I'm sure I'm not allow to say their name but they definitely did not seem reliable. No customer service or phone etiquette with these other guys. Mark, with Metro was also cheaper - even with the larger pip and even with the bigger fan. I have a digital Radon tester that gives me an hourly reading. I've gone from an 18.xx down to 0.32 (and probably still falling - if that's even possible..). Do your homework and get the right company. My cost was higher than normal due to larger pipe and fan. It would have been $100 less otherwise.
