Locks & Pulls

We visited Locks & Pulls prior to our purchase and they provided a work sheet on how to measure so that we could order the correct handle set for our door. We completed the measurements and went back to the store. They provided information to us on all the various door handle manufacturers and showed us samples of the handle sets that would work best on our door. We selected an oil-rubbled bronze handle set and door knocker for our front door to replace the existing brass ones. We also ordered a new keyed, lever handle for our side door because the one we had purchased a few years ago from a large, chain home store had broken. The order came in sooner than the time frame they provided. Pick up from their store was quick with minimal wait. All the people working in the store were knowledgeable and courteous. Their prices may seem a little high but that's due to better quality products and the service they provide. Their store also has a great selection of knobs & pulls for cabinets, which I have purchased from them in the past.
