Terrence responded to my promptly and to evaluate the job and provided me with and estimate of $175.  He  set up an appointment to pick up construction debris.  The Friday morning he was supposed to pick up the debris, he left a message on my cell phone letting me know that the job would cost $300 instead of $175.  After we had been waiting for over an hour after the scheduled appointment, it occurred to me to check my cell phone for messages.  When I tried to call him back, I got his voicemail. 

I did set up another appointment with him to pick up the load at $300.  The day of the appointment, he called and said it was raining and would like to reschedule for the next day.   It was not raining where I live and did not rain the rest of the day.   He could not give me an actual  time for the appointment the next day.    After two attempts, I decided I couldn't afford to take another day without knowing when he would get there or if there would be another problem.  I opted not to have him do the job.

After purchasing a new home, I had to cut down several massive honeysuckle growths, they covered nearly 500 sq. ft of yard.  It was far too much for the standard "brush pickup" provided by the city so I called several tree service companies and hauling companies to have it removed.  

Terrence (owner) was the most prompt in delivering a bid and also provided the best price.  On the morning he was to provide service he called ahead to let me know he was on his way.  Terrence loaded and hauled away all of the brush and left the yard looking great.  He even called me later that afternoon to make sure that I was happy with the service, something I've rarely had from contractors in the past.
