+ -1 moreMatt inspected 2 furnaces (at our new house) and made sure they were cleaned out and functioning properly. He was able to quickly see that our flue venting was not up to code, which the gas company later confirmed and we will have repaired. I'm glad that he detected this because we had no idea this was a problem. We have used Matt's services in the past at our old house for our furnaces and air conditioners. He always responds quickly (like when the furnace or a/c suddenly stopped working!) and does a very thorough job (like when he cleaned a nest out of the a/c and repaired chewed wires!). He is honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
