Fitwell Auto Tops

I used Fitwell because they were close, they were in Angie s List, and the name described what I was hoping for my new top. Insurance paid for the top but would not cover a new window for the back which is part of the top. The owner used some of the strongest selling I have ever experienced to persuade me to also replace the rear window.($500). After about 20 minutes of persistent pressure I agreed to have him replace the rear window. They did the work and I picked up my car. They told me that it would be a little tight for a week or so and difficult to close while it stretched. Shortly after getting it home, I noticed that the window for both doors did not fit properly, they ended up on the outside of the convertible top. I took it back and they told me they were not sure what they would do, but they would fix it. I left it with them for several days while I was out of town. I called when I got back and was told that I would have to go and have my windows adjusted, I pointed out that I did not have this problem with the old top, and now both windows started having problems at the exact time that they replaced my top. I think this is too coincidental. Also looking at the top it doesn't lay correctly. And my wife says that she cannot close it any more because it is too hard to close. I think their name should be Doesn't Fitwell Auto tops. My car was out yesterday, (it rained) and this morning I had about 1 inch of water in my back seat.

UPHOLSTERY FOR THE ENTIRE INTERIOR, INCLUDING LEATHER SEATS, THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK, VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY THE VOLVO DEALER.
