 + 0 moreFrank Lancia was paid in July 2014 with a contracted completion date of 10/31/2014. Lancia and didn't touch the kitchen for over 3 years. Lancia finally started work on the kitchen in October 2017! It is now February 15, 2018, and the kitchen still isn't done. I haven't had upper cabinets for over 3 months. I am hiring another contractor to finish the work. I wish I had checked out MissouriCaseNet

 + 1 moreHe has he not installed the kitchen cabinets How did it go? Frank Lancia has provided multiple installation dates and has failed to install my kitchen. He has refused to return my money.
Description of Work: I contracted with Frank Lancia on 7/18/2014 to remodel my kitchen, replace my butler’s pantry and a wet bar/bookcase in my living room. The agreed upon completion date was 10/31/2014. Mr. Lancia accepted my check for $15,917 (50% down) on 7/18/2014 and deposited it in his bank account on 7/23/2014. Mr. Lancia requested and was given an additional $4,000 for the counter-tops on 8/15/2014. Mr. Lancia deposited the $4,000 check in his bank account on 8/15/2014. The butler’s pantry and the living room units were partially installed and do not have counter tops. It has been 18 months after the project was to be completed and Mr. Lancia has not installed my kitchen or completed any cabinetry. Mr. Lancia has provided numerous dates for the kitchen installation schedule start date and has not met any of these dates. I have requested my money back numerous times but he has refused to give my money back.
