It went flawlessly. I did not do a thing after they took over. They set up all of the items in the house, kept me in the loop the entire week before the sale and after the sale they cleaned out the house. The house was completely empty the next time I went in after the sale. It was broom swept and ready for the new owner. I would highly recommend them for your estate sale needs. They are honest, reliable, professional, and they do exactly as they say they will do. I am thankful that I found them!

The sale was successful, everything went according to the plan (except a little rain on Saturday), N&M was professional throughout the sale, and we found them trustworthy and honest. Never once did we feel there were special deals being made "under-the-table" and they were always "above board" explaining how estate sales work, the emotional attachment issues we might experience, and made recommendations accordingly.
