We translate vision into reality. Do you want your home or business to stand out from the crowd? Perhaps you've seen a beautiful look on walls in a display home, a mall, a restaurant or even on TV. We can create that look for you. Maybe you're a little fuzzy in your thinking about what would be your ideal finish. That's okay. We'll help you bring it in to focus. With our tried-and-proven method of creating sample boards, we'll hone in on just the look that is right for you. Maybe you don't have any idea at all of what you want. You just know that your "living room looks too sterile" or you say that your dining room "lacks pizzazz." Or that your board room is way too boring. Our goal is to provide you with many ideas. You pick the best one. It's not just walls that we work on. We create themed rooms, we offer a variety of floor finishes. We offer a number of finishes for use directly over Formica and other laminates. We enjoy transforming meager fireplaces into substantial and impressive ones by applying a carveable cement which we shape and color to look like stone - your choice of size, color, shape, stacking pattern, etc. Do you have a basement that is not used for living space? Perhaps you are wary of putting carpet over a concrete floor since moisture is apt to be a problem. We can create anything from a rustic look to one that is refined, using materials that are not damaged by moisture. A few of the materials we work with include: metal leaf and metallic foil; old world plasters; synthetic and metallic plasters; beautiful fabric panels; engineered cements of various types; vinyl graphics; our own hand-made wallpapers; glass beads; highly polished plasters; digital images that you supply which we then put on fabric or paper or film. And there's so much more. Some of our clients prefer subtle finishes. Others like the look of bling. We are glad to be able to accommodate them all. Our goal is to create a unique finish for each customer. Which space at your place needs a creative upgrade of some sort? We change the way a place feels - or perhaps better stated, we change the way you feel when you are in a particular place. We bring warmth to a room, excitement to a space, coziness to an area, personality to a spot, prestige to a reception area, gravitas to a board room, ambiance to a restaurant, and more. Services we offer

We offer an extremely wide variety of finishes for hard surfaces: cabinets, counter tops, walls, ceilings, floors, patios, walkways, driveways. Finishes might be hard or soft; smooth or textured; shiny or dull; traditional or contemporary; solvent based or water based; rustic or refined; common or one-of-a-kind; finishes may include a repeating patterned or an organinc/random variation. Typically we create a new finish for each customer.

Services we don't offer

We don't install wood floors, (even though we do refiinish them) . We don't install concrete slabs (but we do apply overlays to existing concrete). We don't cast concrete counter tops (however, we will create counters from MDF and cover them with engineered cement). We don't install drywall (yet we will repair or tape existing drywall). We don't do electrical work (except removal/replacement of light fixtures). We don't baby sit. We don't remove cats from trees (Allergies!)

This is one of several projects that Color Craftsmen has done for me over the years. They are able to work with so many types of interior finishes and products. John can match colors and create elaborate textures and finishes on almost any type of material. He uses great care in all of his work and always provides me with a quality product. I have yet to find something that he cannot do with regard to an interior or exterior coating issue.
Description of Work: Color matched the epoxy coating in a bath tub to match the existing. Repaired the surface of the tub where there was peeling and a scratch.
