When I was looking for where to get LASIK surgery, it was obvious to me that Brinton Vision was the perfect place to have the procedure. Dr. Brinton’s positive reviews, his impressive training, and the reasonable cost for his procedures were all strong factors in me choosing to go to Brinton Vision. Once I arrived at Brinton Vision, I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Brinton’s staff. From the moment I stepped in the front door, I was treated with kindness and care. Seth greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. I was struck by the attention to detail and care that had been taken to make sure that Brinton Vision’s office felt warm and welcoming and didn’t have the slightly intimidating feeling that often comes from visiting a doctor’s office or a hospital. Before the procedure, my vision was checked by several optometrists to ensure that my eyes received the best possible treatment. I was also given multiple other tests on various machines to examine my eyes. After this, Dr. Brinton spent almost 45 minutes discussing my prescription and the pros and cons of receiving different procedures. I appreciated his thorough review, professional manner, and candid advice. Throughout our discussion I had the strong feeling that Dr. Brinton had my best interests in mind and that he was treating me as an individual with specific needs, rather than simply a number. I am very pleased with the results. Several times when I have woken up in the morning my hand has reached reflexively for my glasses - and then I happily remember that I no longer need to worry about them or my contacts! I am a long-distance mountain runner and it liberating to run my trails without needing to worry about possible irritation from my contacts. It is reassuring to know that I can avoid the negative side effects that can come from wearing contacts, and that I can see the world directly with my own eyes and not through a lens. I feel like I received the best positive care and LASIK surgery from Dr. Brinton.
