AWFUL and untrustworthy! I requested a move out cleaning, and I was not going to be at the property to supervise. Sabrina gave me a quote to clean a 4/3 house and I explicitly requested an additional vacuuming of the basement. She told me the cleaning was complete, but when I arrived later, the only thing it appeared she had done was to mop the floors (which I actually said wasn’t even necessary). Both carpeted areas were not vacuumed, none of the 3 toilets were cleaned, nor were the bath/shower. The kitchen sink wasn’t even cleaned. I immediately contacted her, and she claimed she didn’t know there was a basement or 3 bathrooms (though all 3 were still dirty). I sent her a screenshot of the message we had exchanged stating the basement needed vacuuming, and the property was a 4 bed 3 bath, so she DID know size of the house. She offered to come back the next day at 8AM, but as I had already explained, I would already be at the title company as the house sale would be complete by 9AM that morning. Frankly the job was so bad, I wasn’t going to trust that it would be done anyway. She stopped replying when I asked for a refund. I had to frantically clean the house myself for it to be done in time for the closing, all after spending $140. I wish Angieslist would allow me to post more photos, because it was so, so bad. Hair in the tub, toothpaste on the sinks, the shower glass covered in soap scum- this was not a simple overlook of one small area, it was deliberately not doing the work. I’m guessing she assumed we weren’t going back to the property and would never know that she didn’t do the job. Complete scam!
