Terrible. First what was agreed upon was not put on the original contract and the person who was handling the job tried to do the bait and switch. I withheld money until they agreed to and redid the contract and added items that they agreed to do to sell me the job such as gutter screens downspouts and fascia they've been damaged along with the roof for the hail storm. This was all in the insurance paperwork by the way. Then the roofing Crews rushed the roof job so you got to wonder what kind of quality job was done when it come to fastening the shingles Etc but of course you can't see that. They got on the roof probably and started before 7:00 a.m. and we're done by 1:00. Then they scattered Nails everywhere and they had to make another trip because of replacing some damage and did it again. They run in my yard and once again the salesman did the bait and switch so I get to fix that. Was nothing but a stressful hassle. I had a roof replaced 6 years ago do the hail and the contractor that did it it was a smooth Pleasant experience. I would not hire these people to do anything. And I couldn't even communicate with a roof crew because nobody could speak english.

Tried doing business with Aspen, and arranged for a free inspection due to storm damage. It took five days for them to return my initial call to set up an appointment. Appointment was established and was called the same day to cancel it due to salesman being sick. Salesman men calls me to reestablish appointment which he cancels again. Third time was a charm he called said he’s five minutes away and he’ll be right over to discuss my roofing issues. A half an hour later, he calls to say he can’t make it because he has to go to the store. It has been two weeks since I initially made contact and three broken appointments needless to say we’re not doing business.

Aspen Contracting, Inc. 4141 NE Lakewood Way, Lee's Summit, MO 64064 Roofing contractor Alexander Family 356 points a minute ago I would never do business with this company again. It took 6 months to install our roof and gutters. They showed up unannounced each time. Left nails, shingles and metal in our pool, yard, driveway and gardens. They had to come back out multiple times to fix issues. They ripped our antenna wire in half. Than they tried billing us over a half dozen times for anywhere from $500 to nearly $7,000 more formwork they didn't do. I had to resubmit revised invoices for them to fix. They charged a friend the less then 5% less for half the material and a much simpler job. All of which i have proof. No discount offered for the enormous headache even when asked was told no. Promised additional material for the shed they messed up and then they back out, but all on camera promising. They are shady, stay away. I wouldn't give them even 1 star if I didn't have to. UPDATE: I called them as requested and was told it was corporate that made the reply but that they don't handle the issues. It took multiple phone calls to get hold of someone. I kept getting promised a phone call back but no one did. The manager said he would take care of things and discuss with corporate and call me back with the outcome. Once again an empty promise. Over 2 weeks and nothing.

after damage to our roof from a hurricane, Aspen contracting aided with our needs. the seller was kind and fast with getting us set up for a new roof. however, he screwed us in the contract when he said we owed him the overhead and profit that our insurance company said was for us.

Everything went well and on time. Workmanship was great and all employees we dealt with were very nice and concerned about fulfilling our expectations regarding the work. Supervisor responded quickly to any phone calls, emails or texts regarding questions or concerns.

The crew had 4 roofs on in 1 day. Great service.

They were very professional. Did the job each group cleaned up and supervisor looked over every thing daily to make sure every thing was done and cleaned up.

I have not used their services; I just talked to them. The quote was reasonable and satisfactory.

He was very responsive and explained to me the process of the job. The whole process went so smooth and easy! I am working on an addition to my house with a different company and the different company also stated that they did a really good job!
