We had to have some roof work done and the salesperson was across the street, talking to a neighbor and he caught two of us.He started on a high-pitched sale, and I'm not one f those kinds of people, it actually turns me off pretty quickly. He kind of back me in a corner and we actually made an appointment for him to come and do an estimate. In the meantime, we had called four or five people and decided right before he was going to come and found one that was extremely helpful.I called and canceled the appointment with him, and it must have been an answering service and so ended up showing up for the appointment after I canceled it. He was mad. He wanted to know who exactly it was that I chose, and why I chose them and how much they were saving me, right out in my driveway.I just did not like the salesman and that turned me off straight away. He did the estimate without getting on my roof.He said well I had already did the estimate, and I said how could you do an estimate without getting on my roof unless he came by and we weren't here or something.The estimate was to redo the roofing, replace the skylights, we had screen damage and replacing the gutter.He was very abrasive. He should just have not been so pushy and come over and introduce himself and that He's in the area and would I like an estimate.
