I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with the abysmal service provided by Aptive Environmental in Saint Louis. While the pest control technicians who came to my house were courteous and professional, the same cannot be said for the local management and communication aspects of this company. From the outset, my experience was marred by the local manager's complete disregard for customer service. Countless phone calls requesting service due to persistent bug problems went unanswered. It seems the local manager has mastered the art of avoiding disgruntled customers rather than addressing their concerns. It's baffling how a company can claim to prioritize customer satisfaction when they can't even be bothered to return a phone call. To add insult to injury, the frequency of pest control visits exceeded the promised quarterly schedule, accompanied by additional charges that were never properly explained. It felt like a never-ending cycle of inconvenience and financial burden, with no end in sight. The lack of transparency regarding the additional charges only further highlights the company's blatant disregard for honesty and fairness. But the pinnacle of incompetence came when attempting to reschedule and ultimately cancel the service. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my scheduling needs, the local manager continued their pattern of radio silence. The frustration reached its peak when the last service, which was never performed, led to the company inexplicably sending me to collections without providing a final invoice. It's astonishing how Aptive Environmental in Saint Louis manages to operate with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, communication, and basic business ethics. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a pest control provider that values its customers and upholds the most basic standards of professionalism and communication. Aptive Environmental Saint Louis has left me with an infestation of regret for ever choosing them.

I got fooled by a door to door salesman. A representative came to my door one day and asked if I would be interested in pest control service and that they had a wonderful deal that usually costs $229 but they would give me the special price of $39 to treat the inside and outside of the house. He said several of my neighbors had signed up. He had me sign some paper work and lo and behold I was signed up for a year contract that involved 4 additional treatments at $99 each.. He never once mentioned it during the sales pitch. Now to get out I have to pay a $190 early termination fee. This company has lousy customer service, the service they do provide works minimally at best and is deceptive in their sales pitch.
