Apple Store

We did not have any problems. They called to let us know when stuff was ready. It was generally a very good interaction. They were prompt and professional. We would use them again if needed.

I am a big fan of these stores. I go there frequently with questions. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are very friendly. I can't imagine any other computer service being better than them. All their advice is free.

My computer is big and beautiful. It's a great computer. I wouldn't buy antrhing else. It is always virus free. The whole buying experience was great. They were very friendly, they knew what they were talking about, and they provided a great computer. I did think the price was a little high.

I am not happy with Apple. No one there seems to be able to explain electronics to me. If they would just take the time to explain things to me I would have a better understanding of what I need. Buying the Apple laptop was great because they are always ready to sell whatever they can. I also go to Apple for lessons on electronics, but the instructors assume that everyone in the class already has some knowledge of electronics, and I don't, so I end up lost.

The staff really knows their products. I first went to a different electronics store to purchase an ipod, but the salespeople were stretched thin and I could not get the help I wanted. Then I heard that ipods cost the same where ever you go so I went directly to the Apple store. The customer service was great and they carry quite a few accessories.

They had excellent service. The sales person was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

We had a new sales person and he was very responsive. I also wanted to finance it over 3 months and he handled that. It was really easy. I was amazed.

The store was well maintained, the sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful, and they had a variety of Apple products.
