I had an urgent need for an HVAC technician to repair my malfunctioning air conditioning unit due to the rising temperatures. Despite being booked, Shawn from Ambient Air LLC accommodated me in his busy schedule and spent several hours resolving the issue with my compressor and freon levels, getting bit by mosquitos but was determined to get it working. His determination paid off as my air conditioning unit is now functioning optimally and blowing cold air. Shawn's exceptional work ethic and personable demeanor made the experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Ambient Air LLC for quality service.

This is a one person operation and not very good at that. The owner installed a complete Rheem HVAC set up about 1.5 years ago. It was done so poorly he had to come back out multiple times and it still was not operating properly. The last time I asked him to come out he got very angry, called me all kinds of derogatory names in 3 or 4 texts (which I have saved incase he disputes them), and said he was slaying dragons that day and sent me image of him firing on a dragon. Then he made some sort of comment about my car, again all saved texts. So now, I have a warranty issue, on a 1.5 year old top end system, nice. But he will not be getting my call. He did a crappy job and got so mad because he had to back it up that he blew up. I would absolutely stay away from this company/guy.

I am a general contractor who rehabs homes.  This past winter I purchased a house that needed a new furnace and air conditioner.  I asked a friend of mine who is a plumber, if he knew someone and he gave me the name Ambient Air. I called Ambient Air and spoke to the owner Sean and within in an hour he had surveyed my property and secured a new furnace and air conditioner to install. By 1:00 o?clock that day the empty house had heat so my crew could begin working. Anytime we need HVAC work done on one of our houses we call Sean and he is there to help.  Ambient Air is our heating and cooling contractor now.

Ambient Air technicians removed the old units and installed the new ones.  They were available for additional questions during the system shakedown period...and to help me answer questions I received from others.
The area was left clean.  Ambient Air helped me get rebates on the units.
 I still don't know how they got the old units out of my old, narrow basement!  I have always felt comfortable having them work in my house regardless of whether I can be there the whole time.
Having a proclivity to buy old houses, this is the second A/C and water heater they have installed.  I have always know that Ambient Air will keep my heat and air conditioning working.
