They do a good job on repairs and they have wonderful machines. I own 3 embroidery machines, a quilting machine and table and a serger all purchased from this company. They have a quality product and I have done business with them for years.

We saw poor ratings on Angie's List for several other sewing machine repair shops in the area. Therefore, we took a chance on one that wasn't previously rated. All aspects of the service were excellent and the sewing machine now works pefectly. Looks like the shop also offers new machines, classes, etc. Will certainly take future business there!
