2 Dump It Dumpster Rentals & Junk Removal Services

Did not deliver on the date I had scheduled. Called at the end of the day to see what happened. She said that she would find out and get back to me. She called back a short time later and stated that she had been on vacation and the person that was doing the scheduling did not put it on the list. She stated that they would have it at my house the following morning. Which they did. The driver was very nice and did a great job of getting it in our driveway.

Everything went as expected.  I extended the rental period for the dumpster for a week, which was an additional cost.  I also went over on the weight of the garbage, so i was charged additional dump fees.  I had not anticipated this in my budget, especially after the woman I spoke with on the phone recommended the smallest dumpster size based on my demo project.  They were pleasant and provided their service as advertised/expected.  I wish I had rented a larger size so that I would not have been charged dump fees; I will know better in the future.
The reason I would not use this service again in the future is because a dumpster can be rented through the city for a small fee,  kept for an unlimited amount of time, and then pay the dump fees only.  (no additional charges for time or weight overages).  However, should need arise in the future, I would use this service again.

They dropped it off on time and picked it up when they said they would.  It was parked exactly where we asked and they were polite and professional.  So much so that we have already used them again for another job.

They were great to work with and were a lot cheaper than other places I called.  I also liked that they are local.  Many of the companies were 800 numbers did not have the personal service.

We originally contacted 2 Dump It to rent a roll off dumpster for a bathroom renovation. Jill answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful, and since we pretty much already had everything in a pile she told us we could have it picked up and hauled away the next day for the same price, plus that would include an hour of labor to load the debris in the truck. No ugly dumpster in our driveway! Jason showed up within the promised window and with my husband's help had the truck loaded and ready to go in about 30 minutes. He even asked for a broom to get the last of the junk off the garage floor. We were very impressed with the level of service and professionalism and will definitely use them again in the future if we need rubbish removal.

We were very pleased with them from start to finish. It was a very simple process. They were courteous on the phone and when they came to pick up the container. They were punctual and they charged what they said they would charge. Again, they were the cheapest and I liked the container is on wheels. My past experience with some no-name company was not good so I was very pleasantly surprise how smoothe they make the process. I will use them again.

Contacted Jill for a large dumpster she was very cooperative and friendly, offered to drop the dumpster earlier than we needed to give us more time and traded out for a second dumpster exactly when she said they would. Gave us the second dumpster at a discounted price and allowed us to keep it beyond the contract time at no additional cost. Dumpsters have tires and are clean, rear door opens to facilitate loading. Very friendly. Working with 2 dump it was great and highly recommend them to others.

We are cleaning out our house in preparation for a move and called 2 Dump It to get a quote on a dumpster rental. The lady that answered was very nice and answered all of our questions. They schedule 48-hour rentals (Wed - Fri or Fri-Mon). We scheduled the dumpster for a Friday drop-off, they asked which side of the driveway we wanted it on. The dumpster was delivered, we filled it over the weekend, and they came and picked it up on Monday, easy peasy. The dumpster itself was decent looking, had a "back door" so we didn't have to throw stuff up and over the side, and came with a tarp to cover the junk after we were done. We would definitely recommend and use them again!

Very hardworking, packed 2 dump trunks to maximize the space. Broke apart furniture, took papers out of boxes, etc. Very professional and efficient.

We were trimming and taking out brush and bushes. I wanted to the trailer-type on tires to protect my recently paved driveway. 2DumpIt did not have a dumpster available on Monday when I needed it but we piled all the brush in a corner of the driveway and they came on Wednesday and loaded it all in the dumpster. They came at the appointed time, did a great job and cleaned up afterward.

I was in the process of remodeling my garage when I realized I had too much trash to bag up and put out for the regular service. It was also taking too much time to break down all of the old drywall and bag it for that service. I looked online and reviewed several of the roller-dumpsters, which my neighbor has had in front of their house for months, and all of them were too big for my small job. When I found companies offering 8 to 10 cubic yard dumpsters, their prices were as high as the 20 and 30 cubic yard dumpsters. They also do not have the nice tires that 2 Dump It does. That would mean my driveway would have been scratched or damaged when it was delivered and removed. When I ran across 2 Dump It they fit my needs exactly. The price was reasonable for the service and they delivered in my area. When I called, the person who answered was very courteous and answered all of my questions. They had a dumpster and could deliver it that evening. The dumpster arrived on time and it was exactly as described on their web page. The driver placed the dumpster nicely on my driveway and explained how to load it so they could remove it and then unload it easily. Arrangements were made for a weekend pickup since I received the dumpster Thursday evening. I removed all of my trash and filled the dumpster as expected. The driver came back on Sunday as promised and removed the dumpster without any problems. No damage was done to my driveway and all of my trash had been removed for a very reasonable price. I will have several other remodeling jobs in the future and possibly an addition. When I need a dumpster for these tasks, I will be calling 2 Dump It.

I would recommend 2 Dump It to anyone and everyone. They are willing to work with you to help you accomplish the needs of your project. Great family business. We have absolutely no complaints from our experience with 2 Dump It! We will hire 2 Dump It for all of our dumpster needs...big or small. They would be fantastic for small trash hauling jobs or large remodeling jobs. Awesome to work with!
