We purchased a new construction home in which United Country was the selling agent. The professionalism and communication on the part of the agent was horrible. The kept presenting us with "add on" charges that were never brought to our attention during the contract and building phases. Many charges were just numbers written on blank pieces of paper with no documentation or receipts backing them up. After the builder missed the closing date by 40+ days--we received emails threatening us that the sellers would back out of deal if we didn't close by a certain date!!
