Mike was prompt in providing an estimate the week prior and was available to install the tile the following week.  He was prompt in showing up for the estimating appointment, prompt in getting his estimate to me, and showed up on time to perform the work.  He and his coworker did an excellent job over the two days (the total job took approximately 12 elapsed hours).  I'm very pleased with the result.  They encountered a few wrinkles as the tile I had shown Mike when he estimated the job was not what I ultimately decided on. The tumbled marble was a bit heavier and the sheets had a tendency to droop after being placed on the wall.  But, he solved that problem easily - which shows how important experience is.  
They did an excellent job of protecting the way to the kitchen, laying down drop clothes from the garage all the way up stairs to the kitchen.  Each day they removed all that and cleaned up very well.  The final clean up left the kitchen floor cleaner than when they started!
I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike again.

Mike came by the house the day after I called him to assess the repair work. He gave me a prompt and fair estimate and we scheduled the work. He showed up on the date scheduled for starting the work and finished in a timely manner. He was very professional and I would hire him again to do remodeling in our house.

Extremely well. Mike was very quick to respond and made time to come out and conduct a complete assessment of the house and provided a prompt estimate. He asked questions to ensure all of the needs were met and understood and went above and beyond what was asked of his services. Mike made a careful assessment of the situation by going up into the attic and on the roof. He went up on the roof and applied sealant around the dryer vent, as well around other vents in the roof (since he was up there...why not?). He then went back into the attic and provided additional support to the pipe in order to further prevent damages. He cut away any fiberglass insulation that may have gotten wet and inspected for mold. He went down into the laundry room and cut away the damaged sheetrock, and put in a new (recapitalized) piece of sheetrock, securing it with screws, and then taped and spackled the area to match the existing texture of the ceiling. He also sealed around the pipe with silicone caulking, and brought in some left-over ceiling paint that he left with us to apply once the spackling dried. He also brought in some recapitalized fiberglass insulation to replace what he cut away in the attic.
Mike was very prompt and professional. Although he said it would be an all-day project, he finished sooner than expected, and charged us $75 less than the original estimate. He did an incredible job...I was totally stressed when this problem arose for fear of mold and of how much it would cost to repair. Mike took care of everything, and we spent a few minutes discussing potential future remodeling projects. I would absolutely recommend Tingler Home Repair to any of my friends or even my own mother. What a relief to know of a capable, honest contractor!

Called just to get estimate. Took a week and half to call me back. Only had small area of basement ceiling that needed put up. Never called back with price, I called him after several days. Price for service high, 1500.00 with using some of our own materials.

This company did an excellent job. Most impressive is the quality of work and the neatness.
Since the ceiling was over 20 feet high I know there were ladders involved and furniture had to be moved, but when I got home you could not see any signs that workers had been there and the new fan worked great!.
Tingler's Home Repair has done work (e.g.bathroom tile,deck work, etc,) for many of my extended family. They have all had the same positive experience!
