This was ordered on 5/1/14 and we were told it would take 8 weeks.  When I didn't hear anything from them in early July, I called and was told the door was in the process of being painted and it would be probably a week or two before it was installed.  It was finally installed July 14, 2014.  It went very well.  They were professional, polite and friendly.  They cleaned up after and I absolutely love this door.  I would definitely use them again.

Representative showed up on time as scheduled and was very professional.  He did not have/provide sample window(s) or door(s) to show.  After he completed his measurements he told me that within a couple of days we should receive our estimate via email, followed by a copy in the mail.  As promised we received all necessary paperwork.
Ultimately we did not go with Wilke Window and Door because we were able to find a very comparable window replacement for much less that what Wilke quoted.  However if and when the need should arise we would consider another quote from Wilke for any future improvements.

overall good experience with staff in the showroom and in the field.   We had issues with the initial install and Wilke sent out a more experienced man to finish the job correctly.

The door's fabrication took a week longer than anticipated which was very frustrating because I had a tile job that couldn't proceed until the door was installed and painted.  Furthermore, the company's customer service was very cold, and it didn't seem to care about the inconvenience.  The door, iteself, was extremely expensive as well.

The salesperson was very professional and nice. They were very prompt for the appointment, but I went with another company because the other company offered a better price.

Company rep quoted me a stardard fee over the phone. Technician arrived about 10 minutes early and went right to work. The whole job was completed in less than half an hour, solved the problem and the door continues to function perfectly.

Don't use them because the price was too high. Specifically the labor price.

They did excellent work! They were punctual and worked efficiently. The door fits well. It did need some adjustments and they came right back to fix it. I didn't check on prices as they had what I wanted.

Like a dream. This is the second door with issues that Mark has replaced for us. Pulled out old door, fixed issues, put in new door in short time and cleaned up any mess which was minimal. Little if any disruption to paint, etc. surrounding all work done.

Wilke was great. Jim Ferries (who works in the windows and doors sales and ordering) was amazing with his attention to detail and interpreting our plans, answering our questions, and making suggestions. We bought all of our windows, interior and exterior doors, and several bathroom vanity cabinets from them.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND GAVE US THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE MEN WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, GOOD SALESMAN AND GOOD INSTALLATION
