"We are sorry to read your review where you could not rate us an A on "responsiveness" as we endeavor to reply to 100% of all inquiry about our service via inspection, email or phone call. We deliver an email reminder prior to each cleaning day and I would be very interested in how we can raise our ranking in your mind to an "A". As well, we have very high retention of employees as a result of paying more than our competitor's, offering paid holiday's and paid vacations. With that, our expectation is that they will provide our customers "A" grade cleanings. You used the term "ify" so we are very interested in learning more as we have no record of complaint or comment logged over the period of service with 25 cleanings. Team 5 generally gets excellent remarks and they too are interested in your feedback. Of course you can communicate with us through the Angie's List review process, however we offer a direct phone line at 636.922.4302 to speak live with us during normal business hours Mon-Fri or if you prefer you can email us at [email protected] and we also provide an on-line survey at www.thecleaingauthority.com/stcharles where you have an account. All of those lines of inquiry are addressed by our staff of three full time Quality Coaches who will discretely assist the team in getting us to an "A" and reducing all doubt that you can grade us as the best cleaning service in the area, bar none. We are human and cleaning is very subjective. Each customer has a different perspective, so we offer many avenues to fully understand individual expectations. 98.5 times out of 100 we are able to adjust and earn an A. This contact information is left at your home with every cleaning!! We have cleaned your home 179 times over 8 years, with no record of complaint from you, so if you are not able to give us an "A" for quality we certainly would be interested in learning more as to why? I will have an Quality Coach contact you directly to ask about this rating. Relative to the C grade on pricing, over the 8 years of service we raised your price from $84 to $87 in 2009 with no other price increases even though cleaner wage increases, insurance costs, gas, inflation over those 6 years would indicate much higher prices. At The Cleaning Authority we bring all our own supplies OR we are happy to use Bruce Floor cleaner with the customers request. "[Member's name removed], We do wish you would reconsider the “D” grade for quality. We do not see many of those and do not think it represents the overall cleaning in your home over 6 cleans. Cleaning a home can be somewhat subjective and as with most cleaning services in the area our guarantee is that we will return the next business day to correct any issues relating to a customer’s satisfaction. We have been open 9.5 years, earned Angie’s List Super Service award in 2012, and earned The 2012 Top Performer award given to the top 10 percent of all Cleaning Authority offices. We have also earned their Mark of Excellence award for the past 8 consecutive years for excellent customer retention. We clean for over 600 clients and performed over 13,000 cleans last year with a 98.5% satisfaction level, however we know we cannot make everyone happy. As a result we offer direct phone, email and/or on line surveys to communicate feedback whether it be good, bad or downright ugly. If we have someone with questions, comments or concerns, we have full time inspectors on staff to address those concerns. We were somewhat surprised to see the “D” grade for quality since your email sent to us to terminate the services indicated something else (see below). We appreciate the fact that you allowed us to clean 6 times, taking full advantage of the free 6th clean per the Angie’s list coupon. We are sorry we could not continue to provide service in your home."
