Pro Install® by Bane Marrows Inc.

Technicians (1 male and 1 female) punctured a hole in my drain pipe in the wall that they drilled and cut open to install the tv. They made 4 separate incisions in the wall...1 small square behind the tv; 1 zigzag across the wall away from the tv; and 1 small square away from the tv; and 1 very large square away from the tv. The large square had water pipes behind the wall and the technician drilled a large hole on one side of the pipe and it went completely through the pipe creating a smaller hole on the other side. As this was a "man made" hole and the wall was enclosed prior to Pro Install by Bane Marrows technicians opening the wall up; the technicians tried to make it seem like the drilled holes were already there. A "man made" drilled hole is different from normal wear and tear or rusty pipes behind the wall. I have spoken and sent pictures to Hunter with Pro Install and he informed me that he would call me back 3 days ago. I provided, in writing, 3 independent quotes to Hunter to fix the PVC pipe that is located near a 2X4 stud in the wall and a cross Tee and have not heard from him yet. It cost me a little over $400 for Pro Install (Hunter) to install a new TV and now an additional $500 plus to repair the drain pipe, and also have someone come out to close up the 4 openings that Pro Install technicians made on a brand new painted wall. I will never use this company again and will be seeking legal remedies to resolve this matter expeditiously.
