Went as expected and after using e-mail coupon from Herb Williams, it was much cheaper than anywhere else. Most local oil change shops either will not service Mercedes Benz Sprinters due to not stocking the oil filter cartridge or the fact that they are diesel or just huge beasts that won't fit in their bays. In the past, oil changes would be $170+ since the engine requires 13 quarts of oil and a special oil filter. Luckily, they go 10-15k miles between being changed. But with the special offer, it was exactly $90 for an oil change and $29.99 for a tire rotation.
The van was completed on time and at a great value.
My only issue is their phone system when contacting them. They do not provide you with a direct line to the service department and you are on the whim of the receptionist to answer in a timely manner and forward the call to the right department.
