 + -1 moreBUYER BEWARE! BUSINESS DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON KEEPING YOUR VEHICLE ANY LENGTH OF TIME!! In 2003 I had my windows tinted on my 2002 ford mustang by cool shadrs. I received a lifetime warranty. The business was contacted yesterday 10/23/2023 because my rear window tint is bubbling. They asked if I had the receipt from 20 years ago. I said probably not but I'd look. They said is was not detrimental. I followed up today 10/24/2023. They said they would remove the tiny at no charge, but would charge me $150.00 to retint the rear window. They probably have a lifetime warranty not expecting someone to have a car 20yrs.
Description of Work: Windows were tinted 20yrs ago. I was given a lifetime warranty. Rear window has since bubbled! Side window is peeling.

 + -1 moreKen came out to measure windows and brought several shade samples for us to borrow, while we determined which would achieve the desired heat reflection and tint. Once we picked the tinted color, tinting was scheduled within 3 days and took less than half a day to complete. He is very friendly, and a great guy to do business with. We had him tint both of our vehicles about 4 years prior and will have him tint any new vehicles we may purchase in the future.
Description of Work: 150 sq ft of window surfaces covered in Atrium.

 + -1 moreIt was reasonable. I've used them before. They do a good job. The price is right. Customer service is great. I was able to get the car done probably the same day that I called.
Description of Work: They did window tinting on two side windows. They just did it on the inside.

 + -1 moreVery good experience. Ken was excellent to work with. His work is meticulous and the result is commendable. I have used Cool Shades several times in the past on other vehicles, and would enthusiastically recommend Cool Shades to everyone needing auto glass tinting.
