Awesome. Paul was exceptional to work with. Called a year later to ask a question. Technician came out and redid the caulk at no charge. Definitely would call again!!

The caulking works was very bad, they put the caulking on top of the base boards and it messed up the wall paper, it was a really bad job and it was not a clean job on the bathtub liners. The person who did the caulking was not an experienced worker, caulking should be done under the base boards but this person did the caulking on top of the baseboards, it was not a very professional job.

Paul was great to work with. He was always here when he said he would be, was meticulous about the work, did everything according to code and better and was reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend him.

Absolutely the best. I needed a bath done quickly to accommodate the handicap needs of my elderly mother. The lead time for completion was pretty far out. He had a cancellation and quickly worked me in to complete the project. This was the second bath remodel he has done for me and I will hire him again and again. Cannot put into works the exceptional work that they do.

Paul started the job sooner than expected. The job took only 1 1/2 days to complete. The Onyx Shower is beautiful and we would highly recommend Comfort Plus.

Paul came and gave a bid and was very helpful on making suggestions. Things I would not have thought of. I would tell him something I wanted and he would look until he found it. He would send pictures and I would say yay or nay. Paul got the picture of what I was wanting and he did it. Either by phone call or text if I had a question he would get right back to me. I had cheaper bid but there was something on how Paul handle things from first contact until I decided Comfort Plus Baths was getting the job. Am very please with the out come. He and his workers were personable and professional. He told me when they would come in and how long it would take. The job was always cleaned up at night and protected the house while working. Yes I would hire again.

I can’t speak highly enough for Paul and Charles. When accepting the bid for the job I was given a projected date the job would start and how long it would take to complete the work. The work started earlier (which is a good thing) than estimated and they completed the job sooner than expected. They were complete professionals leaving the job site clean every night before leaving. I highly recommend Comfort Plus Baths for your bath remodel.

Paul and his brother, Charles, are extremely friendly and professional. They have honest business practices and are very thoughtful when working in other people's homes. We began working with Comfort Plus Baths in July 2018. Paul came out to our home for a very quick estimate meeting. He provided plenty of ideas that he worked into our plan to get our bathroom completely remodeled. He did let me know that the next available time for them to start would be in October which I greatly appreciated him being upfront about the time frame. Over the weekend, Paul sent me a detailed estimate which I then put a deposit to secure our job with Comfort Plus. We didn't require much communication, but the days leading up to the job, he did bring plenty of samples and we locked in our designs so that they could be ordered. Once the project began, it took ten working days (Mon-Fri for two weeks). Our bathroom was completely gutted, we moved our toilet and vanity and expanded the space in the bathroom by taking space from our bedroom. Comfort Plus gave us new subfloor, adjusted our support beam, and gave us the bathroom of our dreams. We have an Onyx shower, Onyx vanity top, new toilet, new vanity, gorgeous vinyl plank flooring, and extra space that we did not have before. Comfort Plus was able to take space away from our bedroom and add it to our bathroom and somehow made it seem like no space was taken because of the efficiency of their design. The quality of work that Comfort Plus did was second to none. The materials and precision with which they completed the job was nothing short of fantastic. Paul used a vanity that we really liked and even added fixtures to it that worked with our aesthetic. We felt comfortable allowing them to be in our home and working on it while we were at work. Upon finishing the job, our house was spotless thanks to their thorough clean up. Paul checked up with me about a week after the job was done to ensure that everything was going well. Another plus is that both Paul and Charles love dogs and were always okay with our dogs. I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Plus Baths. We will definitely be using them in the future for any additional projects and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants an extremely fairly priced bathroom with quality products.

Paul provided us with not only quality service but excellent advise on how to customize the shower with knowledgeable expertise. We are two generations living under one roof, and we wanted to provide our aging parents with a shower that would be pleasing to the eye as a guest bathroom and yet meet the needs of 90 year old parents as well. Paul met with us, modified our needs to meet our goals and delivered quality of care in a timely manner. His team completed the job in less than 2 days, they were friendly, had good suggestions and cleaned up after their install each day prior to leaving. Paul returned each day to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome. He did meet our goals and beyond. I would definitely recommend Paul Clark and Comfort Plus Baths. We have a beautiful Onyx shower, frameless doors, a built in seat and shampoo holder along with small grab bars for security. The redo is pleasing to the eye and very functional for my parents. The entire shower was replaced using Onyx shower surround. Paul estimated the job and he and his brother did all of the detail work. The project flowed seamlessly from the original estimate to completion. The work was expertly done with absolutely no problems. Cleanup and haul away was also a priority with this vendor. He met all of his timelines and answered all of our questions whether in person or by email in a very prompt manner. I will certainly recommend and or use his services again should the need require.

Everything went well, there were a couple of issues over the course of the project however they were addressed and corrected. At all times Paul had our interests in mind and worked to that end. We love the bathroom and the quality of work!

Both of the projects I have used this company for went extremely well and I couldn't be happier. They were helpful, friendly, pricing was great, and workmanship was fantastic. I absolutely would recommend this company for any projects you need done.

Of the three bids I got, Paul's was the lowest and offered more of what I wanted for the money. I did some research and found nothing but good reviews, so I went ahead and hired him. He showed up for the job exactly when he said he would and finished when he said he would. He was a professional at all times, he used high quality materials and the quality of the work is impeccable! I can honestly say that I don't have a negative thing to say about this experience.

I couldn't be happier with the entire process! Paul was prompt to schedule, perform and provide us with an estimate that worked with our budget. Paul did a great job. I am completely satisfied with his work. He not only does great work he offers great suggestions on how to remodel. Paul goes beyond just remodeling. I had leakage problem in my shower area from a roofing problem. Most contractors probably would not have said anything but Paul could not leave the problem there in good conscience. He and his partner fixed the roofing and leakage problem. I would highly recommend him.

Paul was so wonderful to work with. He responded quickly (immediately, actually!) to my calls and emails and when he visited to give us an estimate. He was friendly, open, kind, and HONEST. We had already had an estimate by one of the larger, more franchised companies and they wanted twice the amount for something half as nice as what Paul showed us, in our opinion. Paul was not at all pushy; he genuinely seemed to want to find what was right for us and he really knew his product and had the know-how to accomplish the install beautifully and professionally. He was not seeking to gouge prices or add more on: he gave us what we needed. Where the other company was going to take a long time to complete it, Paul had it done in 2 days. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. We are so pleased!

Fantastic! The first contractors we had kept changing schedules and did shoddy work that created leaks in less than two years since they were remodeled. These guys were down to earth and straightforward. Materials came in exactly when they told me they would and they got all the work done within a week. They were in and out, cleaned up extremely well, and left both baths looking great. Very professional. They had a big parts trailer that they brought each day. They don't have to go to the hardware store - they have everything imaginable with them. The first contractors we had were constantly running to the store delaying the work. Once these guys got started they worked hard and straight through except for lunch. They completed each of the projects in one day - exactly as Paul said. After three years of remolding I guess I was just surprised to get a contractor that said what they would do and they did what they said. There are no salesmen. Paul looks at the job, does the quote and then does the work. Highly recommend!

Paul was outstanding right from the first contact, no high pressure or sell just to sell. He listened and provided exactly what we needed. His work was professional and careful. This included covering all our floors and carpet to insure that nothing was damaged or hurt. He cleaned the area every day so you would never be concerned about the area being messy. He called and kept us informed at all times during the remodeling. We are already working to have him working our other bathroom. I definitely will work with him again.
