Christian Brothers Concrete

Within two months of installation the new driveway developed a crack across the entire width. The company rep came to look at it , and said that should not have happened. He said they would fix it. Now after 19 phone calls over 11 months the driveway has not been repaired. All calls go to an answering machine and Christian Brothers Concrete does not call back unless you want to purchase a product. Last week I figured out that they recognize our home phone number and my husband's cell phone, and thus don't respond. I left a message on September 20, 2014 stating just my first name and indicating I might want a project t done. Of course, a receptionist returned my call the same day asking what my project t is. When I told her how desperate we are to get this fixed she said Darren the scheduler would call me within two days. We are now at four days out---no call from them. Do not use this company. They are dishonest.
