Mark began with my hall bathroom, removing the old vanity and capping off the plumbing for the existing second sink. He removed the mirror and ceramic wall and floor tile. The drywall was replaced where the ceramic tile had been on the walls. An additional electrical wall outlet was installed. New ceramic tile was laid on the floor. Mark coordinated with the Bath Fitter technicians who installed a tub liner and wall surround. The remaining walls, ceiling and closet shelves and walls were painted. A new vanity and sink was installed as well as a wall cabinet and new mirror. New towel bars and a toilet tissue dispenser were installed. New oak baseboards were installed.
Mark then moved to replacing 12 doors in the main level of my house with 6-panel oak doors. He subcontracted the finishing of the doors, but did the door frames himself. He carefully matched the color to some existing wood work in the hall. The door hanging was flawless. The doors stay put and do not require door stops to keep them open. He also painted the shelves and walls of a second closet and replaced some hall baseboards during this phase.
In my master bathroom, he removed the vanity, wall cabinet, mirror, light fixture, and wall and floor ceramic tile. New ceramic tile was laid on the floor. New sheet rock was installed where the wall ceramic tile had been. An additional electrical outlet was installed. The walls and ceiling were painted. A new vanity and sink, wall cabinet, mirror and light fixture were installed. The window trim and baseboards were replaced with oak stained to match the new doors. New towel bars and toilet paper dispenser were installed.
Throughout the project, Mark kept the disruption to a very minimum. He kept me informed regarding the progress. His price estimates were right on. He was very flexible in allowing me to make selections. I am now planning my next project, and I will definitely use Mark. He is always in demand, because of his experience, professionalism, and attention to details.

Excellent. His attention to detail is amazing. He was able to remove a piece of trim from my front door to use in matching the stain for the garage door. It matches perfctly. The stair railing looks exactly like the existing deck railing.
