Work was performed on time and on budget. Excellent quality of installation (very difficult tile cuts due to angles and unusual shape and dimensions of area. Price was competitive but more important Steve is easy to work with, responsive and shows up on time. Received 3 quotes including Home Depot.

Steve Maginnis did an amazing job on all the floors... had no idea what a perfectionist he would be until I saw the finished work. He takes pride in his work and you just don't get quality workmanship like that these days. He's a pleasure to work with as well! Highly recommend!

The men were prompt and worked steadily. When they found that the builder left the floor uneven and left a crack across the foundation they corrected the Builders errors. Made it very artistic. They met the criterias of the Insurance Company and then the finished basement is perfect.. More beautiful now then when it had carpeting.
