Description of Work: Fantastic!! Steve responded the same day I made an inquiry. He came by after work to review the potential job and give an estimate all on the day I called. Amazing responsiveness. Then he was able to move my project up on his list as another welcome surprise. In total, it was just a couple of days between when I had the idea and when the grout was finished. The work was supported and reviewed by Steve and done by Justin. Justin was extremely good at his work: professional, meticulously careful, tidy and really an artist at creating a clean new line of caulk. He even took off the handles of my tub fixtures to seal behind them as I’d had a persistent leak there. The finished job was done in a timely and efficient manner and the bathrooms look new again.

+ -1 moreWork was performed on time and on budget. Excellent quality of installation (very difficult tile cuts due to angles and unusual shape and dimensions of area. Price was competitive but more important Steve is easy to work with, responsive and shows up on time. Received 3 quotes including Home Depot.
Description of Work: Tiled laundry and powder room. Replaced cabinets and dryer exhaust outlet.

+ -1 moreSteve Maginnis did an amazing job on all the floors... had no idea what a perfectionist he would be until I saw the finished work. He takes pride in his work and you just don't get quality workmanship like that these days. He's a pleasure to work with as well! Highly recommend!
Description of Work: New tile in church foyer and entryway, church kitchen, fellowship hall, and bathrooms. Also parsonage kitchen back splash, kitchen and dining room tile.

+ -1 moreThe men were prompt and worked steadily. When they found that the builder left the floor uneven and left a crack across the foundation they corrected the Builders errors. Made it very artistic. They met the criterias of the Insurance Company and then the finished basement is perfect.. More beautiful now then when it had carpeting.
