They used rocks and supported the wall. He took the wall down and restacked it. The mud was stopped. It went well.

I purchased 3 hours of work knowing it would take more time to complete all the jobs we need done. Steve was here about four and a half hours. We paid him for the additional work. It was completed in a professional manner. We have hired him for a larger repair.

They showed up on time. They gave me options on how to solve the problem. They poured concrete down and added rocks to make it sturdy. They raised the gutter and putt the gutter pipe back on. It looks good.

Steve communicated well and quickly, arrived on schedule and worked efficiently. Upon completion of the job, the area was cleaned and cleared of debris. Overall, he did a great job. I am well pleased with the results and would hire again.

Went great. They had to leave and get more cement. When done, the entire area was clean and looked really good. I would definitely hire this company again. They more than met my expectations.

He fixed everything, no complaints. When I purchased the work I told Mr Taylor I would be out of the country until after 7/21 and could we set up an appointment for after I return. We sat up an appointment for 7/28. When I got home from vacation I found out Mr Taylor came by and did the work (my sister was house sitting while I was gone). I never told my sister about the work I was having done and I'd only communicated to Mr Taylor via email to set up the appointment. While he did fix what I needed done, I would have rather he did the work while I was there (which is what I told him in my emails). It looks like he did good work and my sister said he was nice. He left me a couple voice mails while I was gone (I did not have my phone with me) saying he was coming, then that he wouldn't make it and would come the next day. Overall the work I wanted done was done.

Great! All the cracks were filled and porches stabilized. Much safer and more solid.

The two men that came were prompt and did a quick and very professional job, matching the old mortar to perfection. They worked in the 90-degree heat for almost 3 hours and I am very pleased with the results.

Steve... actually ended up coming a day early...but it all worked out great! He ended up covering more area than anticipated in the time allowed....which added extra value to the price paid... Very satisfied...Steve will get my call for extra work that needs to get done....

Great work, the job was started and finished very quickly. Communication was great, they sent pictures of the job in progress and when completed.

My roofer determined my water leaks were from my chimneys needing tuck pointing. Steve inspected my flat roof house for reasons why I had water leaking inside after a major rain event. I had water running down a wall on the second floor, on the ceiling near the exterior wall and water on my basement floor that came through the stone foundation. He was able to complete the major part of the job before we had another rain. He and his brothers removed all debris and cleaned up the area. It took two and a half days to tuck point and to seal the foundation at the ground. Steve and his brothers were very easy to work with. There was a coupon on Angie?s List that I used to reduce my bill.

great. they showed up on time, the quality of work was far greater than i expected. they we able to match the bricks that they replaced perfectly. i would definitely hire them again if i ever needed more tuckpointing work done.

They did a very good job on all. The garden wall work was particularly tricky.
