Speed Service

A technician from this company came within a couple of days. He did not speak English, and used his phone to translate to me. He needed to order parts. He came back in one week with 2 parts (this was after a no show). He still couldn't fix it. It was laying on the front and leaking. I said to replace it. He just left the parts laying in my kitchen. The home warranty company said I refused parts and would by a new dishwasher myself. Not true! This company stopped emailing me and wouldn't call back. They would barely contact the warranty company either. This company wouldn't clearly answer the question of "should it be replaced?" Now, I've been stuck with a broken dishwasher for 2 weeks. Trying to contact this service company was hard! The tech said 5-7 days for parts, but someone emailing would say 5-10 days. They gave a huge window of arrival time like 3-8 pm. Do not use them! They never picked up the phone. I feel they are scammers and just steal your service fee.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company. The technicianarrived on time and left stating the part he needed to order and that they would be in touch within a couple of days for a f/u appt. A day later they communicated with home warranty that the job was complete. I called home warranty and explained, so they reopened the claim and scheduled a visit. They did not show. I spoke to a CS representative and she acknowledged the technicians notes saying she would have the manager call me. After several days and no call, I called home warranty again and they again scheduled another appointment. A rep called me and asked me to explain the situation again?I did. He said he'd call me back and hung up. No one showed for the appointment again. Home warranty again scheduled another appt and again, no show, no call, no text, no email, no answer. DO NOPT USE THEM.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company, ( remove company name) , they initially scheduled a service call almost 2 weeks out then changed it to 5 days from my initial call to CHW. They arrived on time but there was almost a language barrier, English was definitely not his native language. Work was completed but I was not given any details in writing of work done or repairs/parts needed to do the job or anything for me to sign acknowledging and accepting the work. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this company. The 772 area code phone listed goes to a voice mailbox that has not been set up so can not leave msgs.
