The price was exceptionally good. It kind of varied on the project. He's just an incredibly reliable, trustworthy guy who will give you a price based on the project. We can't say enough good things about him. He's an incredible contractor and handyman. He's very professional and competent. All the work is exceptional, if something isn't right he makes it right. I even had to call him a couple of times when I had a leaking exterior faucet for a hose. It was getting cold and I was afraid of it freezing and exploding. He came that night and did a temporary fix then came back the next day, cut the pipe and fixed it completely. He's very available, really personable and really reasonably priced.

I had a client who had to relocate and leave town at short notice, at exactly the time we were due to get his house on the market. I knew what had to be done - it was a lot of work in a very short time frame. Rich did all the pricing, purchased the materials, brought the bills back with written explanations to be passed on to the client, and dealt with surprises such as needing to replace baseboard when we moved a bed and found it had been cut away. Rich was calm, cheerful, f-a-s-t and did beautiful quality work at a price the client found to be extremely reasonable.
