Description of Work: I called them about replacing a power pole that fell during a storm. They came out the same day to give me an estimate, but because of their extra work from the recent flooding - and because my power was still on - it took over a week before they were able to complete the work. That was understandable, but their communication about it could have been better. However, once they finally arrived they did the job quickly, and when Ameren came to hang the new lines they wanted to know who did the work because they were impressed with the quality. I'm very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Reinhold Electric fixed a light in my bathroom that had been broken for a long time. They called on their way and arrived at the time they said they would. The person who answers the phone at Reinhold Electric is very professional, courteous, and helpful which was impressive.

Description of Work: Jason came to our house to give us an estimate. We walked through our house and to our detached garage together so I could explain to him the various things we wanted done. He was very personable and helpful, answering questions I had along the way, without trying to rush me through the process . We had a whole list of things that needed doing since our house is over 80 years old and we had let some things slide that needed to be fixed. These items included installing an underground circuit to our garage to provide electricity for our garage door opener and also a light and socket in the garage. We also needed three outdoor light fixtures on our deck, sun porch and front porch replaced, and new fixtures in the kitchen, a closet, and the bathroom installed. Further, we had been having a problem with circuit breakers being tripped in the kitchen due to the sharing of those circuits, so also needed to have one designated for the refrigerator including a grounded outlet. Also, the kitchen circuits needed to be rearranged and modern GFCI sockets installed. Finally, we wanted to take out two existing ceiling lights in our large, upstairs room and install track lighting instead. | |Based on Jason's communication skills, knowledge, and personal manner, we decided to go with Reinhold's bid. Matt, an electrician from Reinhold, came to do the work within several days of our accepting their bid. Matt worked on the job for approximately three and a half days. He was pleasant to have around, worked diligently, and very happy to answer questions along the way. All of his work passed the two-part city inspection process without any problem. We were very pleased with the work that was done and and would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others.

Description of Work: Checked breaker box and numerous wall plug-ins and light switches and also checked wiring in attic and where service came into the house.
