nice job, ground welds smooth & painted

They were contracted by Seliga Heating Cooling to make a cage for the air conditioner unit outside of the house. They used a new design for the cage it turned out great. It's a piece of art. Looks much better then most cages you see on the outside of the homes.

He was very honest and did good work. I was thankful they were able to do the work before the snow and winter set in. 

Everything was A OKAY! I would use them again if needed.

The cost was exactly as stated.  The work was as expected and I am delighted with the results.

Estimate was timely. Communication was slow. Work was done properly.

The experience was very positive. Missouri Ornamental was recommended by a stone mason who was performing repair on our porch. The estimator came out in a timely manner and we came to an agreement on the work and price the same day. It was challenging getting the estimator to return calls or emails about when the work would occur. When the workmen arrived for installation, they were professional and thorough. The workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased.

Great! I collected several estimates before contracting with this company. Rich came to the house to measure for the railing and promptly sent a very detailed estimate/proposal. He called several times to keep me updated on the estimated time of installation, due to the extremely wet weather. The railing is up and looks very nice!

It took a while to get a quote from them, but everything else went fine.

Consider this a great project! I think they are used to dealing with commercial folks rather than residential as they seemed overly concerned that we weren't there to pay them the second half on the day of install. My husband called the office the next day and paid via CC. He commented that this threw them off a bit. They have their money and we have a great new railing for our steps.

A beautiful job. The company performed the work they contracted to do and did so within a couple of weeks. The installation was very quick and trouble free from my standpoint. It looks just terrific.

The price was very reasonable and I am happy that they did a good job. The rails make the porch look very nice and they are very sturdy. It didn't take him long to do the rails at all. They also took down the old rails and got rid of them for me.

The quality of the rails that were used is very nice and the work that was done seems to be of high quality. They are not crooked or uneven. The people were nice and worked with me well. I was very pleased in every aspect with this company.

I thought when I first got the bid that the price was high but when I got other estimates I found the price right in line with the others. I didn't understand how much wrought iron costs.

They did the work they promised, on time, with excellent results. When the rep first came to give an estimate, he gave me a brochure so I could see my options. There were a few rails I liked, and before leaving, the rep gave me an estimate for all three options. They wanted a deposit before scheduling installation and the work was done within the promised time frame. They also repaired, at no additional cost, a hole they discovered when removing the old deck railing. They were very thorough with caulking and painting, and explained what they did and how I should maintain the railing. The two men who did the installation cleaned up thoroughly after their job. They exceeded my expectations and I love how my home looks.

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. DESIGNED EVERYTHING, VERY WELL DONE.

OVERALL AN EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIP. THEY RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY AND FOLLOWED UP AS PROMISED. THERE HAVE BEEN MINOR ISSUES WITH BARS NOT INSTALLED COMPLETELY STRAIGHT AND PLUMB AND SOME CORROSION, BUT NOTHING TO JUSTIFY A WARRANTY CALL BACK. SECOND CONTRACT IS PENDING AND WILL USE THEM IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.

THIS WAS A VERY HARD BID TO GET ANYONE TO ESTIMATE, SINCE IT WAS SUCH A SMALL JOB. I APPRECIATE THIS COMPANY COMING OUT TWICE IN TWO YEARS. I FINALLY GAVE UP ON ALL OTHER COMPANIES.
