"Masonry & Glass Systems installed 11 new windows in my condo. Their installers were courteous, worked hard, were protective of my property, and cleaned up well. Any concerns I had were addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. I was pleased with the final outcome of this major project and can recommend this company to family and friends. Doors are in and look great! Quality products and installation. Both the installer and sales manager were helpful and worked with us and the countless HOA rules and stipulations. No pressure sales, lots of choices, and the sales rep was very open and honest about the products and what we needed. Took a few weeks to get everything worked out and scheduled, which they were more than happy to hold the pricing specials for us. Once scheduled they were actually able to come out a week earlier than planned. Highly recommended!

I got a quote from a well known window replacement company. The price that they quoted to replace those windows was more than the cost of a total renovation of the upstairs of my home! I saw glass block here on Angie's list and that gave me the idea of trying glass block. I got 3 quotes from different glass block providers. Masonry's salesman impressed me the most. He told me that there could be some damage to the concrete foundation when removing the old window frames. He said that they would install a new dryer vent and duct and repair any damage to the foundation. He also said it would take approximately six to eight weeks after placing the order and deposit to install the windows. It was right on six weeks and they called and set up an appointment to install. The installers were on time called before they came and started to work right away. They removed the old steel framed windows (which was not easy) and installed the new glass block windows in about 5 hours! They were neat and courteous. Answered all of my questions and did a wonderful job. There was an area of damage to the concrete at two of the windows during the removal of the old ones. The installers repaired that damage and it looks like it never happened. I give them an A+ for the work and price!

A job well done--I am very pleased with the quality of both the sliding glass door with interior blinds as well as the bathroom window. They were able to remove the old glass block without damaging the surrounding bathroom tile work and brick exterior. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable and he sought out an option for me from a door manufacturer that was offering a patio door with blinds included at a special price that was of high quality---which sealed the deal for me. The installation team arrived on time, completed both removal and install work in the same day, and cleaned up all debris (this was one of the most efficient and non-problematic installations I have had in the past 4 years and I have had lots of work done on 'this old house'!). Most importantly, the new window and door are great--I find myself just staring at them in amazement that these replacements make such a difference to both rooms and to my house overall. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

About 3 years ago, we replaced the old aluminum windows on the back of our home with Elements triple pane, vinyl windows and also replaced our old basement windows with glass block windows from Masonry and Glass Systems, Inc. In January of 2017, we replaced the aluminum windows on the front half of our home with the same Elements triple pane windows. Throughout the entire period leading up to both purchases, there were no high pressure sales tactics. We were provided with ample written product information to review and to use for comparison to other brands of windows. As you might expect, we also were shown a sample of the window that allowed us to see how it was constructed. Harrison spent time detailing and explaining the features of the Elements product compared to other window offerings available from Masonry and Glass Systems, Inc. as well as other window manufacturer’s products. We researched other windows and concluded that the Elements windows were superior in their construction and features to other manufacturer’s windows. We paid what we thought was a very fair price for the value received. The windows look nice, are easy to wash and are as tight as a drum. The air leaks associated with the old aluminum windows we had would knock you over if you walked by them in a strong wind not to mention the amount of cold air they let into the house. The “old” Elements windows on the back of the house are still as good as new. We had the same installers for both projects. They took pride in their work which was evident in the quality of the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and patched (without our having to ask) minor nicks in the plaster that you would expect to have happened when they removed the old, aluminum windows. Needless to say, we are happy with our windows and how we were treated throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend Masonry and Glass Systems, Inc.

I had an excellent experience. The sales was low pressure. I was very happy with the price of the windows compared with Pella/Andersen and I think its a better product. The installers arrived promptly on time and were very professional. Overall, the Soft Lite windows are awesome. The entire process was effortless.

I'm very happy with the new windows. I requested a quote via the website, and they called the next day to set an appointment. The salesman was very professional and answered all my questions. He sent a quote a few days after the appointment. The installer was also very professional and did great work. He showed up on time and left everything in good shape.

I met the sales person (Mike) at the St. Louis home show in early 2015. I had explored several options with other companies for the same work. The warm and genuine personalities of everyone I talked to at Masonry and Glass was the first thing that won me over. My parents had also worked with these guys, and they are far more particular than I am, and they were elated with the with these guys did for them. Even though the price for a storm door seemed a little high, the reason became abundantly clear when the door was delivered and installed. The door is perfect. The quality is amazing, and the installers were meticulous in their work. There was one issue with the door that the installers pointed out, and refused to invoice me until it had been addressed. The entire process from bid to final invoice took a few months to complete. Now that the job is done, Masonry & Glass has proven themselves to be knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and definitely worthy of praise, not to mention, my repeat business! My wife and I could not be happier with our new storm door!

Masonry and Glass Systems was a great company to work with. ?The sales department was prompt in getting back with me. ?There were several rounds of communications that we had before I made the decision to move forward. ? Harrison was responsive to my questions and requests. ?The installation ?was done in a professional manner. ?They were always on time. ?They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. ?You could tell that the installers are experts in their field. The Softlite windows that we purchased have made a tremendous improvement in the comfort of our home this winter. ? Highly recommended. ?I am hoping this is the last set of windows I have to buy however if not I would definitely use Masonry and Glass again in the future.

Everything went fine, arrived on time, and finished earlier than planned, Only draw back was that I did not get the bill paid mailed to me when promised, I had to ask him again for it, but finally received it.
