We called Mark Holton as soon as we discovered wet carpeting in our lower level office area.  He became our chief adviser and primary contractor as we identified the problem and developed a resolution.
    Mark's work is excellent.  He and his crew removed moldy, wet materials, bagging some of them and passing them through a window into the yard for removal. They treated the mold.    He identified the problem areas .  Once the leaks had been sealed, his crew installed new insulation, wallboard and baseboards, and then painted the new areas.  They avoided moving equipment and materials through the house.  They protected our health by sealing off the moldy area while they were working on it.
     The quality of the work is excellent, and we believe that the price was fair.   He is very honest and helped us to decide on a course of action, even when it diminished his own profit.  For example, when we suggested that he repair the leaks, he persuaded us to hire a foundation company that specializes in these type problems.
      We are very impressed by the quality of the work and the integrity of the contractor.
