"We sincerely apologize for the lack of thoroughness while repairing and painting your home and thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on completing projects correctly the first time but it seems we were not able to do so for you. We do back all of our work with a written warranty. This includes, among other aspects, the quality of craftsmanship. These issues should have been caught before the job was complete, however, we do stand firmly behind our warranty and are committed to doing what it takes to make things right in the end. We realize that it is a burden to have painters back to your home to repaint what has already been painted, yet we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation.
