Cardin and his team took a 100+ year old (unused) chimney down from our tile-roofed home without damage. It was hard to find someone willing to do this job. They rose to the occasion and left no mess behind. I would have no reservation about recommending them.

cardin came back after he finished the job because i complained about a hole he had missed. it turns out that it was not a hole, just a brick sticking out causing a shadow. by coming back and backing up his work say a lot about this company.
