More time was spent on presenting himself and all his bells and whistles, than on the actual inspection. Fortunately, this property is in pretty good shape, but there are several things that were overlooked:
* electrical outlet in basement was completely disconnected and not discovered by inspector
*I have no idea about the various smoke detectors and their functioning
and if there are enough of them
*water pressure in master shower is very low - why? possible solutions?
*water damage to wall and molding by master shower
*information regarding older toilets that are not water conserving, but work just fine.
* information was presented about the possible elimination of an electrical light fixture - not true. There is nothing there except an unpainted surface.
* no mention of the rusting window well steel retaining wall
