Glasper Professional Services staff showed up on time, were clean cut and respectful in all aspects of the survey which took an entire week.  The project was on time and on budget.  What more could I ask for?  As a business owner myself, I can appreciate what it takes to have a dedicated staff representing you.  GPS did an outstanding job and I would gladly refer them to anyone in need of land survey or engineering.   

Very well. They were on time, survey crew was very polite, office staff was very patient when I didn't understand, and coordinated directly with our architect, so we could all be on the same page. They were significantly less expensive than our other bids.

Everyone I dealt with at Cornerstone was friendly and professional. They gave me a same-day estimate over the phone and were the least expensive of several companies I called. The surveyors began work within a week and did not need someone to be home to conduct the survey. When I was home, they were pleasant and considerate (explaining what they were doing, making sure not to park me in, greeting my dog, etc). They came back two or three times before finalizing the markers. When the work was finished Jim Whitehead phoned me to ask if I had any questions and remind me that my card would soon be charged and the reports arrived in the mail a day or two later. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

I GAVE THEM COPIES OF ALL THE DEEDS I HAD AND A SURVEY FROM 1968. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO JUST USE THE SURVEY INFORMATION. I ASKED THEM TO START AT POINT LISTED ON DEED, WHICH THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO. BUT WHEN ALL SURROUNDING DEEDS WERE CHECKED OUT I SHOULD HAVE THE ANSWER. I CALLED MR. BRICKEY AFTER I RECEIVED SURVEY AND DISCUSSED PROBLEM I HAD. DEED SAYS I HAVE 82' WIDE LOT, CITY PLAT SAYS 42'. I STARTED READING HIM NUMBERS FROM THE DEEDS, HE STARTED CRUNCHING AND SAID YEAH, THERE'S SOMETHING FISHY THERE. HE SUGGESTED I GO TO CITY HALL, RECORDERS OFFICE OF MAPPING AND ZONING, AND CALL HIM BACK, IF I FOUND OUT ANYTHING. I HAD ALREADY BEEN THERE. I TOLD HIM THAT'S WHY I WANTED A SURVEY, STARTING AT POINT LISTED ON DEEDS. ALSO SAID THEY WOULD CALL. ARRIVED ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. THEY WERE NICE AND POLITE, BUT THEY DIDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION. I FELT IT WAS MORE A LACK OF INTEREST, JUST A JOB TO GET DONE.

CORNERSTONE HAD THE MOST COMPETITIVE PRICING IN ST. LOUIS FOR A BOUNDARY SURVEY. THEY PERFORMED THE SURVEY WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE ORDER AND WE RECEIVED SEALED COPIES OF THE SURVEY WITHIN ONE WEEK OF COMPLETION. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND HOW THEIR RESULTS COMPARED TO THOSE OF PREVIOUS SURVEYS ON THE SAME PROPERTY.

THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. HE CAME OUT THE DAY THAT WAS SCHEDULED. UNLIKE SOME OTHER COMPANIES, HE DID NOT OVER PRICE. $450 IS A REASONABLE PRICE FOR A GOOD REPUTABLE COMPANY. IF YOU USE THEM, MENTION THAT YOU WANT A METAL STAKE SURVEY.
