Any move is stressful. This one was forced because of a health issue. Charles and his team did an amazing job. I have a lot of “things”, like generations of white Havilland dishes, that are valuable because they have been used for years by the family. The dishes were packed with care and not a chip! I’m still sorting through boxes, but most everything Is packed well and labeled correctly! There were some minor issues, but everything was resolved easily. Marvin was an excellent leader and kept the team working!

They didn't have a digital way to pay for the move so I read my credit card information to their office over the phone. It was only after I read-off all my credit card information was I told that they would process it tomorrow. I thought that was weird because I assumed they were entering my information right into a billing program. Nope, they wrote it down on a piece of paper. That night and for 2 more days my credit card information was used to buy stuff. Fortunately my credit card flagged the purchases and refunded my money. But I still had to go through the process of getting a new credit card.

We had Dielman move our home belongings for 4 moves. Moving consisted of items moved into and out of a storage unit, and items moved from a house to apartment, then from the apartment to another house. On all 4 occasions, the crews were exceptional. They were fast and careful with our belongings. All the furniture was wrapped in protective material to prevent damage. They were very friendly and personable. They were good honest hard-working individuals. There were no surprises on the cost, each move was spelled out in writing and the bill matched what was expected. We would recommend Dielman for your moving needs.

The workers were courteous and did the best they could. There were only 2 people to move 2 bedrooms and a living room. I just feel like it should have been 4 guys. It took longer than I expected.

"Hi Ed W., I spoke to your driver about your issue. He said the bulk of the time was due to the long carry/ long walk at the pick-up and all the driving they had to do. You did have two drops off locations, one out in O'fallon and the last one being in Defiance MO. Three rooms of furniture is typically a two-man job with a 17ft. truck, If we had known of the long carry / long walk at the pick-up we could have sent three guys. The end result is we were just a little of the estimated time. With three guys it would have been done faster but the end result in cost would be about the same. We are disappointed that we did not get five stars, however, we still appreciate your business and thank you for your business. Have a good weekend, Thank you - Charles Price"

This was the most unprofessional Co. I have ever worked with. Things were broken one of the employees showed up half drunk from the night before. Things were broken and owner wanted to send the same guy out to check the damage. They sent the wrong truck and wanted to charge me because there mistake. I would not recommend this Co. to anyone. This Co. is dishonest and unprofessional

"Mike M. WOW... When I was at your home, in Berkley Sunday morning, you complimented me on our service and ask for some business cards. We filled our 17ft truck twice for you. When you originally called in to get 7 items moved. When everything didn't fit Saturday afternoon for you we came back out on a Sunday morning and took care of the rest of the items. You never said anything about your complaint above? We never complained about all the additional items that needed to be moved we just moved them for you. We only charge you for one hour on Sunday and waived the truck charge and the other hour. You said you were fine with this. Dishonest and unprofessional? We send out emails stating charges and truck size. You wanted 7 items moved and the 17ft truck will hold 15 items plus boxes and misc. - Sunday we moved about that for you and Saturday the truck was full. Going forward we will take video and pictures to confirm changes or add ons. Charles Price"

Dielman Moving Company did a great job of moving us from our home of 35 years to our new, smaller home. The movers were friendly, professional and very hard working. A few small issues arose, but they worked out a solution for us. It was a very long day and we really appreciated the job they did! I don t want to ever move again, but I would definitely recommend Dielman to any needing a moving company!
