Cudgel Contracting & Renovations. I want to bring attention to some concerning practices by this company. The company requested routing and account numbers to process invoice payments?see attached photos for confirmation. However, the manager later claimed they do not collect such information, which contradicts the documentation. Please note paint suplys was billed and charged but no painting was completed, see photos..
Please note the company unethical practice of giving our personal information, name, city and zip.
Additionally, the invoices lack transparency. There is no itemized list of material costs?only a total is provided. The company refuses to produce receipts for confirmed trips to Home Depot and Handyman Hardware, despite multiple mentions by both the manager and handyman of purchasing materials from these stores. Their response has been, ?Trust us, we buy in bulk,? which is not acceptable without documentation.
Workmanship was subpar, with several jobs left incomplete.

Company refused to give detail of material cost. went shopping for supplies while on time clock and did not produce any receipts or reason why it would take so long. They are unwilling to provide any information on pricing request

"Transparency is important to us, which is why we provided detailed GPS time logs, technician records, and a full itemized breakdown of every material used on your project. Our technicians often procure materials during the service call if a customer hasn?t provided them, and this time is billed as standard practice across all licensed trades. To clarify: NO concerns about workmanship or billing were raised until after the invoice was sent, at which point the dispute shifted to supplier receipts. While we explained that supplier receipts aren?t released ? since many materials come from bulk stock or service vehicles ? we did provide a detailed itemized list, which is the industry standard for invoicing. Our track record speaks for itself, with 30+ 5-star reviews on Google reflecting the positive experiences of the vast majority of our [Consumer Information Removed]. We regret your dissatisfaction but stand by both the professionalism of our technician and the documentation provided."
