Needless to say, it was completed much faster and the clock now hangs in our home with other clocks that chime. It has been operational now for over two weeks, and have not had a bit of problem with it.

Repair was done fine.

It is now working . We're only 5 days in, but I hope this fix will last for a few years. Responsiveness is only a B because we had to wait over a month for a house call. BUT, clock mechanics are few and in demand.

The gentleman who came to the home was prepared to do the task that I wanted, handled the job in a very prompt fashion, as he checked out all the various movements as the chimes and melodies went off throughout his work. I was extremely pleased on how he handled this job, and even took the time to answer a number of questions that I had always wanted answers to. There is no doubt that I have found a place that will take care of my clocks in the future, and currently have a grandmother wall clock that is nearly 100 years old being handled by them as I write this review.

New battery failed on same day and lady clerk was argumentative.  She said it worked when it left the store and I said it did not work a half hour after I got home.   This was a 40 mile round trip to get the battery replaced again. 

Now working on third try.  If they've completed they haven't called to tell me so.

Reasonable prices, fast service

As I stated, after calling them and finding directions online, I went there. I was treated in a friendly way, and the repairman was able to find a replacement for the particular part my new clock was missing. There was a watch repair woman there who was very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her while I waited. I couldn't believe the bill was only $5.00.

Had three watches in need of battery replacement.  The quote given at the Galleria watch repair shop was $39.99 for each watch.  Took the watches 2 miles down the road  to Clockmasters and had all three repaired and pressure tested within 20 min for exactly half of the total price quoted above.  Additionally, the service was extremely friendly and professional. 

Overall, I'm very impressed and would definitely recommend this shop.  Will definitely use again in the future.  Thanks very much guys....keep up the good work.

Took clock in and they said they would call within a week and provide an estimate.  They did and we accepted.  They said it would take a week to get the part and fix and would call when ready.  They did.  Charge was $45.  Hopefully it will last a long time.

This was not the first time I had used Clockmaster and would proudly recommend this company. The gentleman arrive on time, repaired the clock, gave me some tips on care of the clock and then left. For only $90.00 my clock is up and running again and I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I should also say that I will call them everytime my clock needs service.

They were able to do the work. It did take some time to get the parts, but once they were here, they did the work quickly. They are friendly and down to earth people. They seem to enjoy what they are doing and each others company. They can work on various time pieces.

As always, these guys are the best. I have a great deal of respect for them and their knowledge of clocks and timepieces. They appreciate a good timepiece or clock and will do whatever they can to repair it for you.

He gave me an estimate for the work and was right on the money.
