These are absolutely professional, caring people. Caring not only about the customer, but about the trees. While we were talking, they told me they will not damage a tree just because the customer wants some drastic action, but will try to find an alternate solution, which I respect. I only needed 7-8 branches pruned to get them off my guttering and roof. Neil and Tim were wonderful to work with, funny, and professional. Made me comfortable to have around, which I unfortunately cannot say about some handymen. When asked their opinion on a tree question, gave it thoughtfully and honestly. They cleaned up everything and even picked up extra sticks from my yard. When I said they didn’t have to, they replied that that was just what they do. I have used Clipper in the past, and you can be sure I will use them in the future.

They went over and above and left the property very clean.

We received quotes from multiple companies and Clipper was by far the best priced. This was partly due to the fact they underestimated the time it would take to remove the tree, but in the end they honored the original bid and went above and beyond to get the job done. They were professional, did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and gave good advice on how to care for the space going forward. I would recommend them going forward.

My neighbor has used Clipper in the past and suggested I try them for yard cleanup. I scheduled a visit via email and was able to meet with a representative from the company within a matter of days for a full estimate. He provided suggestions and answers to my questions. He provided a written bid, which seemed quite fair for the amount of work included. He also provided a timeframe for when the work would be completed. I was able to keep following up with the company via email prior to the work being done and after it was completed. The crew came out with enough people and machinery to get the scope of work completed in a day. This even included one member who scaled the tallest trees in my backyard to remove limbs as a preventative measure to protect my yard and house from any damage as result of future weather changes. I was completely impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the entire team. The knowledge and expertise was equally top-notch. They cleaned up and left my yard looking amazing. My insurance agent was in need of a tree removal, and as soon as I shared my good experience with him, he begged for the company's phone number and called them for an estimate. Clipper just left my house after doing a wonderful job trimming and deadwooding our large, old trees. The trees look great and I feel much better about the thunderstorms that are forecast to roll through here this week because I don't have large limbs hanging low any more. The crew worked very hard the entire time and did a fabulous job of cleaning up. I wish I had taken some pictures throughout the process because my words don't do justice for how hard they worked and how much better it looks.
Clipper was recommended by friends, but we had a couple companies come to bid the job and Clipper was by far the most reasonably priced. I'm so glad that we went with this company and I would HIGHLY recommend them to others.

Everything went very well!
First of all the folks in the office were very friendly and helpful. Then the team showed up right on time. The guys worked hard for several hours and did everything they had promised. They cleaned up well too! We were left with a pile of mulch we will use in our garden.
They happily took care of a couple items we added on at the last minute--which was great!
Will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends and family.

They came right out to give me an estimate for the trees in the front of my house. They said about 2 weeks but trimmed a couple branches right then that were hanging over the walkway. The came about a week late but that was weather related. They also came back to clean up but it was rather dark by then and they missed a lot of branches in the ivy - but that is not an issue for me.

We used Clipper Tree back in '09 and were very happy with their work. And, like before, this time Don came out very promptly and provided us a quote. He also kept in constant contact about the status of our job. It had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather and Don made it a point to contact us to let us know. The customer service is top notch and very friendly :)
The trees look beautiful, thanks to Clipper Tree Service. And our neighbors even talked to Don as Clipper was working today and got a quote to do some work in their yard.
We would definitely use Clipper again in the future and would highly recommend their services!

I could not have been happier with the service provided by Don. Clipper Tree Service was removing a tree from one of my neighbors yards and Don happened to park in front of my residence. I asked him about the dogwood in front of my house and after taking a few moments to assess the situation provided me an estimate. He indicated that the price took into account that they were already in the neighborhood -- so let that be a lesson that it never hurts to ask when you see someone doing work on a neighbors house.

Don was efficient and professional. Being a new homeowner, he welcomed my questions and observations while he was working. He explained to me in detail what he was doing and how I might approach routine maintenance moving forward.

After finishing, I asked Don about the trees in my backyard. He took a few extra minutes to walk to the back with me and provided his thoughts as to what I might do moving into the fall/winter.

The tree fell on the house. This company came out and decided to over charge us. The tree was not difficult or dangerous to cut out and away. We asked them to stop. We asked them to get off the roof. Repeatedly. They kept going back on. They kept so no, because they had a contract. Once the insurance check got cleared they wanted to finish the work even more. They are definitely a bad company. I would not recommend them. They are scam artists. They are dishonest.

They were very good. They cleaned up their work afterwards. I loved to use them as I had used them couple of years ago. They cut a huge tree and I have a bridge that goes over a creek. I was really worried about that but they didn't damage that at all. They did a great job. I had lot of people saying that they can't do it as the bridge would be damaged but they didn't damage. Their price was very reasonable and excellent pricing.

It was a positive experience with them. They were really quick and they cleaned up after themselves. I will use their services again in the future.

It was wonderful working with this company. The person who came out for the estimate was very meticulous in writing down exactly what I wanted. He promptly handed me a valid insurance paper when asked. (The last company I brought in for an estimate gave me an expired insurance paper), On the day of the work, the crew was very courteous and prompt. They did exactly what I needed them to do, plus a few extras which came up. They cleaned everything up and didn't destroy any of my other plants. Several days later I received a postcard thanking me for my business. A very classy company and the price was totally competitive. I would certainly use them again.

The service crew showed up promptly on their agreed upon time (eleven o'clock A.M.) . There were 5 men in the crew, and they went to work immediately starting on the Maple tree. All of the crew were courteous and friendly. They were meticulous in their work including clean-up including both neighbor's yards. The Owner showed up after lunch (to make a crew of 6) and climbed the Cherry tree and started trimming, in essence became one of the crew. Everything was done and cleaned up in under three hours. The crew is very safety oriented. I was very impressed with their work efforts site clean up.

They were very good. They called ahead of time. They came out when they said they would. They also cleaned up afterwords and hauled everything away. They ground out the stumps as well. I would use them again in the future and recommend them as well.
