It was very hot and the crew worked hard for two days and a total of 16 hours. They took good care of our furniture and belongings. They were very respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend.

These guys were awesome. They did some really heavy lifts from our old residence to our new residence. They were very friendly and kind. We really appreciated them!

I was moving on short notice and working within a budget. Marie, the customer service rep, walked me through every step and helped alleviate my concerns, as I had previously used another moving company and had a bad experience. The price quote was very fair. Santonio, Mason, and Austin were fantastic!!! From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They worked quickly and handled all items with care. I am extremely appreciative and grateful to them for providing a great moving experience. I highly recommend using Arch Moving, and will definitely use them the next time I need moving services. 10/10 experience!!

DO NOT HIRE! TOO RISKY. We used Arch Moving for a few of our most valuable items including our brand new refrigerator. We informed the crew that we believed the refrigerator doors needed to be removed in order to exit the doorway. They did not measure or take any preliminary precautions and proceeded to take the refrigerator through the doorway. Once it became wedged in the frame only then did they remove the door. Damage is dents and malfunctioning water dispenser (see pictures). When asked to make it right they offered $60. This was the result of negligence, complete unprofessionalism. We won?t get our fridge replaced but maybe we can save yours. Do not hire this company. It?s a gamble whether your items will be in the same condition as you trusted to them. Hope this helps.

THEY ALL WERE THE BEST....STARTING WITH DYLAN... HE IS AWESOME TO DEAL WITH (MY MANY MANY QUESTIONS) ALWAYS VERY NICE!! AND THE GUYS THAT CAME TO MOVE US... WAS EXTREMELY AWESOME... They were punctual and took good protective measures to make sure they didn't track dirt into the property.

My moving day turned out to be a complete disaster. At the moving company?s recommendation, I scheduled 3 movers to move a 3 bedroom house with 40-50 boxes. We did all of the packing ourselves, and even moved almost all of the boxes ourselves, so that the movers would literally only have to move the furniture and a few boxes. Unfortunately, only two movers showed up (Quintan and Marcel), instead of the 3 promised; they arrived an hour later than scheduled; all they did was complain the entire time; they basically walked off the job and didn't finish the job; they didn't bother to set up any of the furniture in the new house, as promised. When I called to complain, the company sent out 3 more movers and a new truck, but at double the cost of the original estimate. The new movers were excellent and hard working (Charles, Jeremiah, and Sidney - THANKS!!) but unfortunately not good enough to outweigh all of the terrible things about the move. Not a company I would use again or recommend.

These two Darrion and Mike! They made it happen. So professional and respectful. Wonderful personalities. Very hard workers and they got the job done! My entire experience with Arch Movers was good, from my first phone call to job completion. Thanks for making moving a little less stressful. I was only given the option of Moving in State for what job I had done, but again they loaded my moving containers for a long distance move.

We hired Arch to move our 2nd floor furniture to first floor in advance of a carpet install. Charles and Antoine arrived two minutes early, and proceeded to move everything with care and efficiency. They were courteous, cheerful, and worked very hard to finish the job in the two hours we'd booked. Very happy we hired Arch Moving!

High level of professionalism - so glad I chose Arch Moving for my move. These guys are phenomenal!! Fair price, outstanding communication and the movers were incredibly personable and efficient I only wished the two movers I had lived in NJ, I would hire them immediately to work for me

We booked Arch Moving to load up our U-Haul for an out of state move. They were set to arrive at 10. I booked over a week in advance. At 9:30 I received a call saying they were going to be 30-90 minutes late. Okay, no big deal. At 11:30, I called for an update. I was told it was going to be another ~30 minutes. At noon, I received a call from the mover saying that there was going to be another 45 minute wait. This would put the estimated arrival time at 12:45, which is 2 hours and 45 minutes past the time we booked. Who knows if they would have actually showed up at 12:45. We wound up cancelling the moving service and loading the truck ourselves. We had a four hour drive ahead of us. We arrived at our destination three hours later than we had originally scheduled to arrive. We had to delay our unpacking of the van until the next day. Their delay caused a great amount of stress to us and our loved ones, and all we get is a â sorryâ . The reason for the delay was that the job before us took longer than expected. Why do you take our reservation if you do not contingency plans if a job takes longer than expected?

Did not hire them, however they responded right away and went over everything on how their prices and services worked. Their prices were very competitive with other companies.

It was a small job. Just changed around two rooms, from downstairs to upstairs. They were pleasant and professional. And they put up with my husbands "input".

Their crew was courteous, professional and they really hustled. I have moved many times. They were by the best and fastest. Final price was a really pleasant surprise.

We moved to a rural home which presented a challenge on getting the truck close to the house for easy access. The two young movers took the situation in stride and worked hard. The final bill was fair for the amount of labor they provided and they handled our belongings, several items being big and bulky, with great care. People hate to spend that kind of money on movers and think how much cheaper it would be doing it yourself with friends and family but if you want to maintain friends and family hire movers and I can recommend Arch Moving. Very satisfied and would use again.

One of the two movers was always on his phone while the other one was at the truck, when he could have been moving out smaller items himself. They moved very slowly. A medium job took them eight hours. Ridiculous.
